Terrible customer service they blocked my payment after I spent two weeks completing offers promised to send me a link to verify my identity but still has not so my money still hasn’t been released I’ve sent numerous emails with no response at all! Tried to withdraw my money
Update: money has not been paid but wasn't a fantastic experience so can't really go over the 3 stars.
Tried to withdraw my money, after the initial withdrawal was told monzo wasn't allowed. Changed my bank and PayPal for the payment to go through but has now been blocked. Emailed the company but have nothing in return. Waste of time and poor customer service

Once you’ve completed all 10 levels and request cash out, they state the payment details are not correct, even though they did test 1p transaction into my PayPal account! Emailed in but no reply. No payout, absolute scam.

They are a company but you might get conned another way.
The referral and doing tasks works, there is a payout at the end. However I had a negative experience no pay and I will paste it here. Quote response email for zero payment:
Unfortunately, whilst Coral and Gala may appear to be separate brands, they are actually owned by the same holding group (GVC Holdings), because of this, I'm afraid we are unable to reward members who have taken more than one Coral or Gala task, we are really sorry about this, it is out of our control.
As you have already completed a Gala task you are not eligible to take another, as advised on the offer's Terms and Conditions.
I'm afraid we are unable to reward for this task. This is because we will not receive commission from the retailer, so there is nothing to share with you on this occasion.

My response:
It was not put on the offer page. It's really off-putting for Cashback to whip around and say something like that. The terms are not something users are easily aware of, that Gala is the same brand, there is not enough awareness on the page, it does not say "GVC HOLDINGS ARE THE SAME COMPANY, MANAGING TASKS TO GALA AND CORAL, AND CAN NOT BE TWO TASKS".
So it is very unjust and I am happy to write a bad review and cease using their application.

I genuinely recomend "Cashback" to bored pensioners with a thick wallet stuffed to that extent that cause their experiencing discomfort. If you've a plenty time and money that you willing to throw in the air or flush in a toilet that's right platform for you. Resuming: before you will get paid anything prepare yourself for long months of investing and long, long hours spend everyday on meeting their PAYOUT REQUIREMENTS which is 10 LEVELS and times X2 TASKS on each level which roughly required between £5 to £15 investment for things which you'd never ever, ever intend to purchase yourself. Very cleaver business people made all related requirements not that obvious and transparent before you start and step in this nasty, stinky and expensive sh.....

Good site like most people say its a bit tedious to get to level 10 but if you do it right free trials etc and keep on top of them you can cancel these and still receive money got to 10 on the 22nd Oct cashed out £47.76 was paid in today 23rd by 11 am so for me extremely quick payout I can't fault it
