Mistplay continues to be my favorite earning platform, even after several years of use. There are always new games to try, so it never gets dull. The customer service is great. Though I have had very few issues with the platform, those I reported were solved quickly and to my total satisfaction.

This app worked great for about 3 months. Then the games I was playing expired, so spending in them no longer earned GEMS. After that my status dropped from Platinum to Gold, then Silver, and now Bronze. That means:

Units come in very slowly.
The more expensive gift cards cost a lot of units.

It’s been over 9 months and I still haven’t been able to get a single gift card. The gaming-time tracking doesn’t always work either. In my experience, you don’t really earn cash just by playing games like the ads suggest. It’s more like getting a small discount on money you spend in the games. If you don’t spend real money, don’t expect to earn much.

I've played mistplay for 3 year's and played a lot and made decent money..but the last year..I don't know what they did but....it takes for ever to gain points for the next level.... and the games were a good selection now it's all changed and I give up... play for month's and make 25$ ...naw ...and now I have a job now...so instead yall this is chump change...look out that window and get a job....

Takes several e mails back and forth to get credit for purchase and gems applied. Just a hassle

Everything has been great, navigating the pages and cashing out has been so easy. There has been no confusion and when I had my small issue, you guys worked to get it fixed right away and it was solved quickly. You guys are great

Transaction was quick and easy. Received my payment the same day and was easy to add to my Google play account.

Great app but sometime puts game up that don't run properly or register that you have even played them.
Else if you don't want expect too much I really enjoy it .

Mistplay is very easy to use and they have great prizes.

When I would make I game purchases it wouldn't count as completed. It seems to be fixed now. Customer service has improved greatly and I appreciate them taking time to have an actual conversation about the issues.

Horrible service

Still having same issue where spending is not getting rewarded.

It’s an easy way to make a little extra money. I didn’t receive my email with the gift card information but once I submitted the issue to them, they handled it right away.

I am addicted to certain games but I find the lack of selection often compells me to delete the app and not play for months on end. I would purchase more credits if they pricing was canadian and not around @6.99/7.95 for basic upgrades as well.

This app is great. Good way to make some money if you’re wanting a bit, especially if you love playing and trying out new games. Ive had a few problems with payments but got an email back quick, had amazing help and was able to get the money which was great.

Playing Mistplay over the last few months paid for all of my daughters GCSE revision guides plus a craft lamp for me. Payment has always been quite quick. The voucher usually arrives within a couple of days. If I have ever had an issue their customer service department have been quick and helpful. All this is great, but the best bit is I feel a bit less guilty playing games on my phone so much 🍑
