Has to be one of the perfect scams out there , complete utter lies , app is so bad , deposit your cash , deposit your money to even play a game , what utter bull . Give is money and we will give you a endless amount of 3 to 4 minute adverts and screens that just freeze .

This used to be a good game site for a little extra cash, but no more. Timer gets stuck preventing earning more coins, constant double ads during play, booster ads won't load properly, so no being able to increase your winnings. They also used to be easy to cash out, but now you have to take a photo and the photo app is less than competent.

I've been away for a couple months but when I came back just play is really paying their players I've gotten $9 since yesterday morning no lie I am so excited thank you just play

JustPlay you really have stooped too the new west of lows.
How in order too go back too th3 main screen of the app, the user has too watch 3 days. Or other pages of the app, have too watch more ads.
80% of the app timing is now ads instead of gaming. And the pay still is brutal. Next too nothing even with over 2 million coins.
Maybe a complaint should be put in too the regulators where you are located.

Coins conversion is a problem and I dont know how it works. I have 8.8 millions coins before go to bed. Wake up, only 0.20 cents been converted.
Sometimes 2 millions coins pay better. How can that be?

This app is trash. They make you think your getting a bonus for earning $20 which takes a very long time and then then you don't get anything. It's deliberate and it's B's. Do not give them your time your worth more.

This is by far the worst most unprofessional most frustrating customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I've been completing multiple tasks within their time frame and have not received any rewards when I tell customer service that's a bot all it keeps telling me is I received my rewards when I have not received anything I even sent pictures of my lifetime reward payout and it's only $0.16 I sure hope millions and millions and millions of loyalty coins don't equivalent to 16 cents I've been playing with this company for years and it just keeps getting worse and worse now it's to the point where I wish I'd never even heard of it. I used to recommend this now I advise you do not waste your time you would be better off searching the couch cushions for loose change that way it wouldn't have been a complete waste of time. All they did was rip me off I could have went on free cash gaming app they pay me at least it's better than getting nothing at all which is exactly what just play app for did for me nothing at all. If you like spending lots of time playing games and not receiving anything this is the perfect app for you

Came to check out the reviews before downloading it because an ad I saw would tell me over and over again that it was rated 4.7 on Trustpilot. Wanted to see if that was true and it's not. Not giving into these games where you earn actual real cash. Thank you reviewers.

So frustrating right now! Shame on you! When you convert the coins in pennies and you give just 1 penny and obviously you only have the option to donate it in order to can convert the other coins and after that you still go with donate option?? I couldn’t go back to redeem the pennies to my PayPal account!! Do you think I spent time and watch stupid advertisements keep my phone working for so long to donate the pennies???Shame on you!!!

It started out great, but the more money you make in the beginning the less they give you. It went from like 5$ for completing a task set to a 1.75$ or 60c on the wheel to 2c it’s typical and pathetic. Just another damn scam

Out of all the play to win apps this one is the most legit I've found, they pay from 5 cents up to pay pal and I make easily a few euro a day with little effort.

They decided to add more ads in the game which is really annoying. But the major problem is losing money when you spent hours and hours on the game. My balance was £8.54 then I woke up to £6.81. This is not on and no help whatsoever. Awful game don’t play. I expect to have my money back

I used to love to play just time. It didn't make me a lot of money but it kept me in eggs and bread. Then the app made me delete it and add a new app which lost all the $4 I had. So then I played again and now it makes me go up to $20 before I can withdraw. I finally get up to $20 and it will not let me cash out. I have tried to get help from the customer service department that just play but I have not had one reply in over a week. I am disappointed, they used to be good. What is going on over there in Germany?

I'm facing a serious issue with the JustPlay app. Due to a technical error, I had to reinstall the app. After reinstalling, my entire progress and balance disappeared, and a new welcome bonus appeared instead. I have already contacted support via email, but I haven't received any response yet. I am very afraid of getting banned for multi-accounting if I attempt face verification on this new automatic profile. Can't even get a game in with out an ad popping up every five seconds. It's does pay but, doesn't matter if all it does is stop you with ads. Or the ads won't let you back to the game your playing. Unless you exit completely out of the app then go back in. Waste of time and pointless.

I am having problems with the support team not issuing my rewards for completing 50 levels. This is unfair, and unacceptable. Same thing happened before but it was fixed.

Just play it's one of the best apps that I have ever played and I tried a lot of them you actually get your money right away you can cash out it 10 cents it's just amazing. The games are fun and this is awesome no problem

The so called 10 dollar bonus disappeared when I tried to claim it this is crazy
