Nice clothes but returns can be a hassle

I generally like Vila cloths, they do some excellent basics. It is a shame that returns aren't free and I have on several occasions had to contact customer service multiple times due to issues in which items were flagged as (not) returned and discount codes got taken off.

Bad experience with the quality of the…

Bad experience with the quality of the cloths I ordered and they take money for return clothes. The buttom of a newly ordered pants fell off.
