One of these "expectation vs reallity" not matching at all. Too expensive for the quality delivered. It is a nice dress to wear to the beach, perhaps. Certainly not, the elegant, well fit dress for special occasions shown on the pictures. I am sure i can find the same dress in Temu for a fraction of the price.

This is a scam site. I ordered some ‘orthopaedic’ shoes. I got two plastic bricks, which I cannot even bend, not remotely like the shoe they sold me. Not sized correctly. Unwearable. This website is criminal for getting away with scamming customers like this. Do not order from here.

Dear, I ordered a nice dress via TikTok; stupid of me, I fell for it. A beautiful dress, dark black with appliquéd black flowers. You can see the dress I received in the attachment. I am trying to add the photo from the advertisement, but that isn't working here (I would like to send everything later). I have emailed back and forth about 10 times by now; I had to return the dress, and the return form states that you get your money back plus shipping costs. They are trying to get out of that too. I can send the form to you. You only get spoken to by a helpdesk bureau, and they don't call you back properly. I would like an explanation as to why they use fake AI videos and photos, and I want my money back because this doesn't come close to what I ordered. If you would like more photos, the email exchanges, and the return form, please let me know. EVERYONE needs to be warned about this (and I am left feeling ashamed) :)

Very cheap dress bad customer service because it's scam 😒

Placed an order with Nora-Mae a few days ago and everything arrived sooner than expected. The items were packaged really nicely, and you can tell they actually care about the presentation. Quality is top-notch and fits perfectly based on their site sizing. Definitely adding this to my list of go to online shops!

Delivery times are ridiculously long and it wasn’t clearly stated on the website that the package needs to come from China. Additionally, return procedure is very unfriendly to say the least. You need to receive return form from customer service. I have exchanged multiple emails requesting the return form but they are still trying to find a way to make me keep the purchase despite the fact that I have been clear in what I wanted from the beginning. Seriously this is the worst customer experience I have had with a webshop.

I spent $186 on three dresses and they were all awful! The fabric is very thin and cheap. I immediately reached out to them to get a full refund, they did respond promptly, but after three requests they never sent me their address to "return it overseas". They did offer a full credit for their store but I did not want any of their clothing because it is NOT what the pictures show other website. Do NOT buy anything through this company! It is cheap, cheap fabric from Asia.

I trusted this ladies clothing website, before checking the ratings with Trustpilot. What a big mistake!!! The two outfits were so badly made the material was so cheap no lining in the suits awful simply awful!! I tried to return, but they refuse, so I looked up the address and returned that cheaply made suits. I didn’t want them in my household any longer to topped off they refused to credit my account.!!!
