Fast delivery, competitively priced, great quality and good communication.

My parcel never arrived and I am still waiting. I’ve had little communication and I paid £67 for the item I ordered. It’s not clear how to get a refund or how to resolve this. Would not recommend

A trustworthy and reliable company. Progress and status of the order provided throughout.
Parcel was lost in transit and advised that the items would be resent. All without having to contact the company.

I ordered on May 25 and have not received the items by June 7. I am not sure from where the items are sent but I would it be surprised if it is from China.

Good descriptions on site, excellent packaging and delivery and the product is exactly what I wanted, which is great because I can't get them on the high street anymore. X

Was going to begin with the word unbelievable but considering its timarco well anyway just relieved an email asking me if I was happy with my purchase and to review DUUUURRRRRR what the order I didn't receive lost in transit oh and the replacement order I didn't receive again lost in transit, 4 weeks of agro absolutely pathetic service not a clue how to get it right

Ordered some PUMA socks which were delivered as they stated.
No issues at all. Many thanks.

So dissapointing. Three weeks and no parcel delivered. On a query I was simply told to wait longer due to postal delay. Now some further 4 days later on querying again told parcel lost in transit. No offer of compensation or help just order a frepalcement!

Review before delivery? Interesting business this is!

Placed an order 15 days ago and received a "Royal Mail 24 Hour" tracking number which has still not changed in 15 days.
Web site states delivery:
"If the product is in stock, you should receive your delivery within 2-4 working days. If the product is an item that needs to be ordered, the delivery time is 5-10 working days."
Contacted customer service a couple of days ago and received a polite response saying my delivery would be with me in a couple of days. (AI ??)
Time spent chasing up undelivered items rather than reviews would improve things.
Will update this review if i ever receive my goods.

01/06/2026 Update
Received email from Timarco 22/05/2026 (very polite) stating my parcel had been lost in transit and given a new order number and a promise of a new tracking number to follow. New tracking number supplied as stated 22/05/2026 with instruction to wait 2 business days for update.
Waited patiently as surely my second order could not be lost in transit?
Emailed customer services 28/05/2026 for delivery update or refund.
Have so far received no update on tracking, no reply to email, no goods and no refund.

Will update review if i ever receive;
"ANY OF THE ABOVE"

Received a refund today Hip Hip Hooray!!!
No correspondence, explanation or email but at least i now have my money back.

If you enjoy playing the lottery then this is the company for you.
Web site has well priced goods, but as you can see from reviews its a bit hit and miss!

Will i use them again - Not a chance.
