All good, fast ordering and easy automated pickup as always. Sometimes the descriptions of the parts could be a bit better/ longer though, that would save returns i think.

Never received my 8000 DKK wheels back
I had an extremely disappointing experience with thansen.
I had my Tesla wheels changed at this store, and my original wheels were never returned to me. Since the staff kept them after the service, I reasonably assumed they were storing them. When I later contacted the store to collect them, I was told they did not have them and that they were not responsible.
These wheels are worth approximately 8,000 DKK. Losing property of that value is bad enough, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of accountability and any willingness to help resolve the situation.
I expected a company like thansen to take much better care of customers’ property and to handle situations like this professionally. Instead, I was left without my wheels and without any meaningful solution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. If you leave your property with them, make sure you get everything documented in writing.

Bike won’t start and I cannot keep my…
Bike won’t start and I cannot keep my promise that I made to my kid for e-bike. Called the customer care and the only appointMent I get is for Wednesday next week. Good luck with that product quality level.

We understand that it is disappointing when your e-bike does not work as expected.
As the bike needs to be inspected before any fault can be assessed, the earliest available workshop appointment was offered. Once the bike has been examined, the store will help you with the appropriate solution.

Vi kan forstå, at ventetid opleves frustrerende, når man står i butikken og afventer udlevering af en ordre.
Vi kan dog se, at der fra du trak nummer, til varen blev udleveret, gik cirka 12 minutter. Selvom der var flere medarbejdere involveret i ekspeditionen, kan det skyldes, at der samtidig blev håndteret lageropslag, ordrebehandling eller andre opgaver relateret til udleveringen.
