i was at home when they tried to deliver but i didn't get any signals or calls so they returned to the warehouse i had to pick it up myself wasting time and fuel

Great service when things go wrong.
Any online retailer can make a mistake. To err is human, after all. How a retailer responds, both in attitude and action, makes all the difference.
There were a couple of parts missing from my order. I reached out to Texas via email and they responded quickly, ensuring I had the items the next workday. The chap in their service department even recognised that if I was missing a cover, I'd be missing a bolt too, and they included that.
