No Results for Requests for Help
I submitted an email request for support on 7/19. I followed up with an online chat on 7/20. I followed up with another chat on 7/22. Each time I was told that my issue would be resolved but it has not.

I had really great customer service regarding an email issue.
I had really great customer service with a small technical issue - changing my profile email address. The issue turned out to be outside of the Squarespace system, and had to be corrected through my Google admin account. Amazingly, the Squarespace rep pointed me to the appropriate procedure and even helped guide me through it. I was extremely pleased to know that Squarespace will even go outside of your own system to get client where they need to be. Extraordinary given your price point.

The process to change ownership is arduous
The process to change ownership is confusing and frought with friction. First of all it's not self serve. Second, support asked for one set of verification documents and then after getting those, it asked for another set of documents.

The team was quick to respond, I think if there was an automated way to enter your bank info without Plaid that would be preferable but the work around through support was quick and easy.

We recently had our payments account…
We recently had our payments account suspended because we updated our bank account info and now it’s been 5 days or reaching out to customer service (14379444) with no resolution and missing out on 5 days worth of sales. It’s also caused us to delay a major add campaign launch. You need to be able to have customer service resolve issues faster if you’re not going to have people available to speak to!

I was finally able to speak with one person who knew what they were doing or just went the extra mile figuring out what was wrong with the email problems.
The website builder did not give many options on what I want and was very difficult doing what should be simple tasks such as adding / labeling buttond, setting up a landing page like I want, etc.
