Wrong parts sent — refused return/refund

I ordered a pair of door switches for my Lamborghini Gallardo from Scuderia Car Parts. The switches I received do not have the electrical prongs/connectors required for the application, making them unusable for my car.

I contacted Scuderia Car Parts expecting them to accept the incorrect/incompatible parts back and issue a refund. Instead, they refused the return/refund.

I purchased from this company because they advertise themselves as specialists in genuine exotic-car parts, so I expected them to stand behind the parts they supplied. Being stuck paying for parts that cannot be used is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly recommend confirming the exact part and connector configuration before ordering from them, because my experience trying to resolve an incorrect/incompatible part was unacceptable.
