This is my second purchase from A Bike Thing. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. Shipping from the UK to US was quick.

Super quick service from the team. The online support was great too. Site easy to use and plenty of toys to pick from.
Postage is expensive though compared to Royal Mail who could send a small item on a next day special delivery for half the price.

Great communication with Steve I had a few concerns but they were all dealt with quickly Had the Innov k7 fitted and was dealt with very professionally

I recently had Denali D4 lights fitted to my Triumph and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the whole team.

A special thanks to Gary, who was brilliant in helping me choose the Denali D4s. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to make sure I was getting the right setup for my bike.

Tom then carried out the fitting of the lights and electrics, and the workmanship was excellent. Everything was fitted neatly and professionally, and it was clear that he takes pride in doing the job properly.

There was also a slight issue with my Triumph afterwards which had brought up an engine management light. I turned back to ask about it and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. He took a look at the bike and cleared the warning light for me there and then, which I really appreciated.

It’s the little things like that which make such a difference to customer service.

From Gary’s advice to Tom’s installation and aftercare, the whole experience was professional, friendly and hassle-free.

I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for Denali lighting, fitting or electrical work. Excellent products, excellent workmanship and, most importantly, excellent customer service.

I recently went to A Bike Thing to have some items fitted to my new Triumph Tiger 900GT Pro Alpine Edition
After a chat with Tom and good advice he fitted a Hex Ez can a set of Exposure Radial 3's and set them up as requested they are a good match for the Triumph spot lights also a Denali Sound bomb
Tom also wired up my Garmin Satnav to the Hex EZ can The Denali rear light which I had order was credited as I had fitted the one from my BMW R1300GS which I sold recently
The Hex Ez can fitted neatly in to the tool tray of the Triumph and the whole installation was done to a very high standard and Tom kept me upto speed throughout the whole process
On arrival I was treated to a Coffee with real cream and had a second coffee later in the day
The workshop is absolutely how a workshop should be and all the staff are friendly and Professional
Overall I cannot fault the service I received and would highly recommend

Stoked to find the Barkbusters with black powder coated back bones! Great quality and finish!

Dragomir at the Canterbury sight made me welcome and did a fantastic job.

Love this company they sell great stuff and the staff are great, only one problem they don’t have a phone line, but I wouldn’t downgrade them for this.
