Cannot believe how bad this company…
Cannot believe how bad this company customer service is. Ordered one day delivery, still no sign of it four days later and two emails went unanswered and phones unanswered as well. Was my first time trying this company, and if I don’t get my pram tomorrow I’m going to small claims court. I can’t even say if this is a real company or a scam at this stage. I really wanted to support someone local vs Amazon and that’s my mistake.

Great deal on iCandy Peach travel…
Great deal on iCandy Peach travel system and Cybex car seat/base. Really quick delivery despite ordering on a bank holiday. Only downside was missing instructions for the Cybex seat/base and the Winstanleys website was slow to update with tracking details.

Fault on order page handled very easily and quickly
A fault on the order page on a Sunday evening made it necessary to contact the 'chat' function. Very impressed with the support given leading to a person placing the order for me manually first thing on the Bank Holiday Monday. Items ordered arrived promptly and well packed. Very happy with both process and product.

Avoid this pram
Avoid this pram! The wheels get stuck on anything which has caused the pram to tip over on 3 occasions already. The pram is very heavy and bulky! So hard to manoeuvre.
Pros- the pram is great for a tall or chunky child as it has a large seat. The delivery was very quick and price point is great.
