Disappointing Quality
Disappointing Quality, Inconsistent Parts and Excessive Shipping Costs
I’ve had a very disappointing experience ordering Land Rover parts from LRParts.net. Multiple orders have arrived with incorrect, damaged, or poor-quality components, and the shipping costs are ridiculously high.
Some examples:
* Window seal kit: I received two identical left-hand parts instead of one left-hand and one right-hand part.
* Front door check strap kits: I ordered left- and right-hand kits, but the brackets were completely different. One was Britpart, while the other was a cheap Chinese-made alternative with different dimensions.
* Door seals: I ordered four door seals, and two arrived visibly used and rusted, complete with road dust. The replacements subsequently arrived with tears in the rubber, making them useless.
* Inconsistent quality: Parts supplied within the same order are often from different manufacturers, with noticeable differences in fit and quality.
Although refunds have been provided for some defective items, they don’t compensate for the excessive freight charges, delays, and hours wasted dealing with problems that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place.
When you’re restoring or maintaining an older Land Rover, you need confidence that the parts you order are correct, new, and fit for purpose. Unfortunately, LRParts.net has repeatedly failed to meet those basic expectations.
I wouldn’t recommend LRParts.net based on my experience. The inconsistent quality control, incorrect parts, and high shipping costs make ordering from them more trouble than it’s worth.

The best parts provider for landrovers
The best parts provider for landrovers. Only thing I would recommend is having different shipping methods. Sometimes I would need a really small and cheap part but shipping will be at fixed starting price which is considered outrageous when buying parts worth few pounds. Other than that LRparts will remain my go to place for ordering parts for my defender.

Discovery 2
The parts I ordered were delivered and all correct well wrapped, calipers, caliper sliders, back plates. All 6 rubber Brake hoses.
Suggestion….It would make ordering parts easier if associated parts bolts were included or caliper slider fixing bolts or part number were either included or listed alongside the part….

Small Package
Part of the order a Serpentine belt was delivered in quite a small box so it was bent back several times in order to fit. I realise the belt has to fit around pulley’s but it was bent in tight radius several times. I hope the working life has not been compromised.
