I don’t recommend this online shop, I ordered shoes for my son there and it didn’t fit, when I sent it back I was charged around 10 euros return costs! It’s terrible, other online shop offers much better return policy than this one! Don’t recommend

I ordered 2 sneakers for my nephews
I ordered 2 sneakers for my nephews, i have received one new and the other one dirty already used. So i went to the scapino store in hoofdorp to change it. The assistant was super nice, she helped me and apologized about the situation. So we ordered a new pair because they didnt have the correct size in the store. Luckily i ve got them New the 2nd time.

Their return service is an absolute nightmare!!
