No refund. Poor customer service

Update July: Still no refund - terrible service.

Had the wrong item delivered, which we sent back. Contacted them after not receiving a refund. Still haven’t received any information or a refund.

Online shopping can be disappointing sometimes

In the stores my experience is always good, but 2 out of 4 shoes that I ordered online came like they were used before. Dirty on the soles and even inside.
And in my last experience, I ordered a shoe online and had to return it, but requesting the return there only creates a code to send it back. I saw no information (when requesting this return) that it could be done for free in the store. So I paid for it.
Very annoying.

Disappointing Quality Control

I purchased two padel rackets during a 1+1 free promotion. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I opened the package.

One of the rackets was already damaged—it had a large scratch and appeared to have been used previously and returned. This was very unexpected for a new product.

Additionally, both rackets had an issue with the plastic protection on the handles. It was glued too tightly to the grip, and when I removed it, parts of the grip came off as well, damaging the rackets further.

Overall, I’m quite dissatisfied with the quality control and condition of the products I received.
