Ryan Platts quooker engineer called out twice in the past year to fix issue we had with our quooker, he was extremely helpful and professional and courteous (and fixed problem) - excellent service from Ryan

I got a quick response to my service request. Ryan, their service engineer contacted me the day before the call to give me a time of arrival.
After his survey he quickly identified the fault and offered other recommendations and the cost. I agreed to all as my unit is nearly 9 years old. He checked that everything was working properly.He was efficent and courteous.

I booked a service and had to postpone it twice. There was no problem whatsoever booking a new date each time. Then the engineer Ryan arrived exactly on time on the day. He sorted out a small issue for me and could not have been more helpful. He made sure I knew how to change the filter and gave me lots of advice on the Cube which I’m considering adding on to my Quooker. 5 stars from me for Ryan!

I had a great experience with Ryan Platts, who came out to fix my Quooker unit. Ryan was prompt, highly professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with complete expertise. He left everything clean, tidy, and working perfectly again. Excellent and efficient service—I couldn't be happier with his work!

Greorghe came out to fix and device my mum’s Quooker tap. He was very professional and did a great job. My mum is delighted and her tap is as good as new!

Gheorghe arrived on time was very pleasant, efficient and was able to answer all my questions. I had two quooker taps serviced one of which was not working before George arrived. Very happy with the service and my two now working quooker taps!

The Quooker service guys turned up on time as arranged they were courteous and professional they left no mess cleaned around after themselves. Truly excellent service very impressive and good value for money left my tap in pwo

We've had a Quooker for years and happy with the tap itself. However, when we recently had a slow leak (Quooker engineer confirmed was a product fault) Quooker had us pay for product flaw repair in full. On their website it states "no maintenance service required" so we only focused on exchanging filter every year when beep occured. If we would have knows a service every other year could have prevented water damage in our kitchen, we would have done this earlier. Terrible customer experience and doesn't feel right to be charged for tube repair that was faulty. If Quooker tap wouldn't be as good I'd change to new tap even if at higher set-up cost as service experience was terrible. No sense of customer, no compromise, no listening.

I’ve had my Quooker tap for approx 10yrs, there was no service available when I got my tap originally. Gheorghe came and provided some great advice with regards to replacing old parts and getting the best out of my tap for another few years. Would recommend the services to any Quooker owner.
