We recently had a queltap fitted and…
We recently had a queltap fitted and initially we had an issue but this was resolved fast and professionally and we were happy. The service given by all staff that we spoke to, Ben, initial booking, Sheree who went above and beyond to resolve our issue and Lauren who then implemented the resolve were all professional and polite and then we had it fitted test by Rob who in my view was the cherry on top as his customer service was 100% , polite, friendly, down to earth and talked us through the process and respectful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as their customer service support is second to none . Thanks so much !

Customer Service
Had a problem with the water tank but Quel customer service was excellent and replaced the tank immediately without any fuss.
Our contact Sean was very friendly and helpful and made the process extremely easy. Would definitely recommend.

Ultimo tap seems great so far!
This is an updated review after a resolution.
We bought one of the older units and had some problems, but have been upgraded to an Ultimo tap which seems great so far.
Thanks to Alan for stepping in with this solution and helping us get it installed. Look forward to using our new unit.

Boiling water tank broke within a year
Boiling water tank broke within a year. Warranty says you have to replace filter every 6 months at a price of £56 each time otherwise the terms are void, so Queltaps quoted £200 for a boiling water tank tank change.

Thank you for your review. We offer a no quibble warranty on all of our products and if you have kept to the warranty terms we would of been able to offer a free replacment within 24 hours. I understand that our customer services offered you a 50% reduction on a new boiler which is still available if you would still like this offer please contact us. I understand this is very disappointing for you however it is extremely unusal for our boiler to pack up after a year, but as the warranty states in order to keep it free from limecale build up it will need a filter change.
