Nice simple and straight forward. Picked up and delivered next day.

Sent a toy electric car back to supplier for a refund. On the box it was printed with dimensions and weight. Got quoted and charged about 80 plus pounds to deliver it back. Few weeks later I had two payment taken from my account without notification. One £1.50 and the second £180.00 ish pounds. Tried to contact company but got Ai. No real person. Talked to bank and unfortunately payment had already cleared. I got, after payment, invoiced for incorrect size shipment. I had no where to go. Please don’t use these people as they there is accountability and they set you up as account which gives the access to account. In my view it’s criminal.

Shocking service right from the beginning. Parcel was delivered 4 days later than originally quoted. Tried contacting which in itself was a nightmare, to then be told it was out of their hands and to read terms and conditions. 2 months later receives an invoice for extra charges due to dimensions. parcel was exactly the dimensions i paid for at booking. Cannot get through to speak to anyone and automated system goes round in circles. Impossible company to deal with. Awful service, save yourself all the grief and go straight to the courier, not the middle man. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN EVER

Just cost me £60 to return something.. and not once did it says I needed a printer. I pay and think it's all complete and it says I need to complete booking.. so I do that and it says 'Print documents'

I don't own a printer.. nor do I know anyone that owns a printer. So I have to cancel it.. and they charge you £5!

The system was easy to use , I got a good price for my parcel delivery and it was delivered on time. What more can you ask for?

booked a parcel collection through this company with fedex, they never collected. i had to get the parcel back which cost me time and wasted fuel. i sent it with ups after, great service btw!

i paid £6.78 but they only refunded me .78p ripped me off £6 for what ?

I posted a dyson air wrap with insurance and they lost it. I am trying to claim the insurance but they are asking for single documents one at a time. Now I sent them all they want them all in JPEG. Then they want proof of invoice to my bank account. Then a photo of my card ending in those numbers. Then invoice. Then initial invoice. All separate the service is SHOCKING and they are taking the piss.

terrible did nt arrive to collect and then it took five days for the others yo u did collect, so am out of pocket for two collection you never got and then another £80 for them to be resent and £450 to have acquirer send direct,,,not f in happy at all useless will never ever come back , bet you also don't give a ,,,, and don't come back to me on this,,,poor service had to date now a 80 delivers sent Royal Mail and now dx...you really lost out

WARNING: DO NOT USE PARCEL HERO. I tried to send a parcel. Paid the money and then never got a label, code or tracking number. The online support will absolutely not do anything without a tracking number so you have to try and raise a support ticket. Good luck with that. You get an email that has a link in it that takes you back to where you started. I wasted an hour going round in circles. My Advice: Use parcel hero to help choose but do, then go direct to your chosen parcel company website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PARCEL HERO. I am still waiting to get my money back. Crooks.

Super easy to use - one thing to consider is a further document will be need to be drawn up to pass through customs but I got AI to create a non sales invoice and it worked successfully.
