It is fraud company, I made the payment for London Heathrow to Delhi flight They took the full payment immediately and after 15 hours I am still waiting for my tickets, and they have no confirmed ticket for us.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with JetCost. I found their behavior and communication extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and offensive. Some of the comments or conduct I experienced came across as Islamophobic, which I found completely unacceptable. A company dealing with customers should treat people of all backgrounds and religions with basic respect. I would strongly recommend that JetCost take these concerns seriously and review how its customers are being treated. And it overall lacks humanity you should all be ashamed 🤦‍♂️

SCAM. I booked the flight and then got called and said the flight was filled and i was on standby. The person didnt speak very good English. I should have known it was to good to be true when the flight was so cheap. Today the flight that i wanted is still on the website so now i know it is all lies. All they wanted was more money. Needs to be shut down Im tired of the SCAMMERS!

Biggest scam ever. Book my tickets and next day they call you to tell you its overbooked and offer you to buy tickets 400-500 dollars more. And you have no other choice cause they will not refund you!!! Big scam!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

It is the absolute worst—NEVER buy from them. I paid $600 for a ticket, then they called to say that option wasn't available and the price was now $1,400; they are crooks. If I want to cancel the ticket, I have to pay a $210 penalty—they are crooks. If you want to LOSE YOUR MONEY, buy through this terrible app, JETCOST. And to top it off, the customer service agents are from India and speak terrible Spanish.

I recently purchased a flight a couple months back through jetcost and it turned out to be scam, I would never use this app again as they are obviously not checking if some of the companies are legit, absolutely disgusted by this

unfortunately jetcost referred me to a third party agency which turned out to be a scam. I have concerns that jetcost isnt doing enough due diligence on the third party suppliers it refers to. I would not use it again.

Be careful—they have the best prices but advertise fraudulent companies. It can lead to huge losses; I lost £2,600 myself.

I do not recommend Jet cost and neither HOLIDAYCART, they are TOTAL SCAMMERS, we were meant to be flying in exactly 2 weeks, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone plus they never sent us our E-Tickets, We called Holiday Cart a few weeks ago and Steven Ros picked up, today I called them again, the same voice, the same person, and he said his name is Adam Ros. Indians that are not trustful at all, we called to cancel the flight, “Steven” sent us a code that we can’t use for anything, he said he will send us a email where all the details about the cancellation was, but never received anything. Now £4500 are gone to some dumb stupid scammers. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM HOLIDAY CART AND JET COST. I hope this helped

Advertise low price then call you to charge twice. It is scam and fraud.

Way too many scammers on this website. I have already used this website twice and only found scammers who called me later to raise the price of what was promoted, and then said that I had to pay "mandatory" fees. If u guys need to get tickets, don't use this website, please use Expedia or go directly to the airline app or website, that is much trustworthy.

Indian calling you for scam from Fake number
They advertise cheap flights to lure you in, then call saying the flight is "no longer available" and demand more money. If you refuse their higher price, they charge you cancellation fees anyway.

This is a classic bait-and-switch. Stay away and book elsewhere.

They try to steal your money. You book a cheap flight then they call you to pay more. And dont want to refund if you refuse to pay
