I've used ASAP twice but will not use them again. It took me 3 hours on the phone with them to book my flights and they nickle and dime you with up charges and a tipping option (unclassy). They advertised my flights for $1005.00 but when all said and done it was $1496.00. I asked for the option to cancel my return flight if I wanted to and it would cost almost another $300.00. Also, be careful of the wording in their cancel/change options. After a long conversation with the supervisor I found out that I can only cancel the entire round trip, not just the return trip. It doesn't say that in the cancellation option. I call these guys a legit scam. You will have no problems getting and using your tickets but they will try real hard to scam you on the upsell that are misleading and nothing but a money grab. They will also send you a million "last chance" emails...🙄🙄🙄. You're better off to just go online and check 4 or 5 airlines yourself and book directly. Although the agent was great and friendly, I won't use them again...🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I am writing this review to warn consumers about my experience with ASAP Tickets / International Travel Network (ITN).
During my booking process, the agent conducted the entire negotiation over WhatsApp voice calls totaling nearly an hour, verbally confirming my requested destination of Portland, Oregon (PDX). Relying on her explicit verbal confirmation, I completed the transaction via the quick-pay link she pushed directly in that chat.
The agency subsequently issued my ticket to the wrong state—Portland, Maine (PWM). This routing error forced me to pay out-of-pocket for expensive last-minute flights and emergency accommodations just to reach my actual destination in Oregon.
When I reached out to customer support with full evidence—including call duration logs and subsequent text messages from the same agent confirming the airport code "PDX"—ASAP Tickets refused to take responsibility. Their official excuse was that they "do not own or monitor their agents' WhatsApp numbers" and "do not have call recordings."
It is completely unacceptable for a travel agency to allow its sales representatives to conduct business through unmonitored channels and then shift the financial liability onto the client when a booking error occurs. This matter is currently under formal dispute with my bank and reported to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

I had a terrible experience with ASAP Tickets. When I needed help, they seemed responsive at first, but in reality they stalled every call and dragged out the process until I ended up missing my flight. When it came time to sort out a refund or rebooking, they made it as difficult as possible — constantly deflecting and delaying.

The real problem is that once you book through them, you lose direct access to the airline. Your money and your booking are tied to the agency, not the airline itself, so if anything goes wrong, you're stuck negotiating with ASAP Tickets instead of dealing with the airline's customer service directly. That puts all the control in their hands, and they use it against you.

Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airline, or use an agency with a proven track record of standing behind their customers when problems come up. This one left me stranded and out of pocket. Don't fall into trap
