The rings are like getting a Christmas present.

Highly recommend Gems
Items are well packaged, received within a few days of order.
I recently returned 2 rings that didn’t quite meet my expectations, but emailing Gems was easy, I received a reply shortly after I had sent it and the customer service agent was very helpful.
I have been a customer of Gems since 2020 and wouldn’t look to purchasing jewellery from anywhere else, unless there was something I specifically wanted that they didn’t have… I highly recommend them.

Overall experience
I've never had any major issues with Gemporia since I started shopping with them. Their products are made to the highest standards and quality - what you see is really what you get. Prices are very reasonable. Orders are generally delivered within a few days, appropriately packaged whatever the order. The Presenters will always explain/give background of products to give a clear picture of what one is buying. The Call Centre Team are excellent - very professional, personal and helpful (no complaints there).
