I bought a beautful limited addition Montana sapphire ring in a 50% off sale which was fantastic, my ring was delivered within a matter of days. Fit correctly & although I was expecting the stones to be slightly darker, I still love it!

A lovely warm, lightweight coat, great length seemed ideal, size 12 fitted body great, Just a shame the sleeves are so tight.
I have always had skinny wrists & slim arms but trying it on over a thin jumper I felt very restricted. Unfortunately had to return, such a shame.

The actual ordering was very easy & the order came into the store very quickly to my local store. The goods were correct, well wrapped & fit with plenty of room, size 5 addidas gazelles. (True to size). Unfortunately the order was placed in store which because of the time of year was extremely busy, with not enough staff to take payment from me, I had to move to another member of staff & then had a very long wait in the main queue, when finally it was my turn the staff member had to direct me to a third member of staff where I then had to wait in everyones way, I wished I had done the whole thing online from home.
The store could clearly do with another deck just for orders.

The bed was delivered at the specified time. The guys delivering, building & placing the bed were polite, tidy & very helpful.
The sales staff were also very accommodating & met all our needs.
My daughter was delighted with her bed & headboard choice. Looks gr8 very comfortable & being an ottoman bed a big help with storage in a small room.
