I had an excellent experience with DHL Express from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, efficient, and kept me well informed throughout the entire delivery process.

I received regular updates by both email and text message, including information about when my parcel would be delivered. I was also given several convenient options for delivery or collection at a location close to me, which made everything very straightforward and easy.

When I chose to collect my parcel, I received a PIN for collection, making the process quick, simple, and secure. I was also pleasantly surprised to be able to collect my parcel three days earlier than the expected delivery date.

The communication, organisation, and customer service were outstanding. It’s clear that DHL Express genuinely values its customers and makes every effort to provide a smooth and convenient service.

I’m still fuming. They didn’t deliver my package on time, said they will deliver it six days after I leave for my trip. I made a complaint through customer service and suddenly they tried to deliver but no one was home. Yeah that’s because by then I was in my camping trip but without my Trangia stove order. It’s ridiculous. They had it, they just chose not to deliver it immediately until J made a complaint.

Delivered to completely the wrong house (was in a flat building), not even in my postcode area. Spent a ridiculous amount of money to get this delivered before I go away, and I've just had to spend the last 2 hours anxiously, searching for the door in the picture. 😭 Not happy!

Plenty of communication about delivery and brilliant tracking. As the delivery van got closer I was informed how many drops there were before me. Very useful.

An absolute disgrace of a company. I've had so many terrible experiences that I've lost count of how many. This time, I received notification of a delivery day (Thursday). Waited in all day. Nothing. Checked tracking at end of day, which then changed to 'delayed'. Next day (Friday) get a notification that it's out for delivery. Waited in all day. Nothing. Checked tracking at the end of the day. Still states it's out for delivery. Then, late evening get a notification that the delivery has been rearranged for Monday. Absolutely unacceptable. Even more unacceptable is that it happens time and time again. I actively avoid companies that I know use DHL. Unfortunately you cannot always tell in advance. Why companies continue to use them is beyond me.

The delivery man was amazing. I had popped out when he arrived so he called and asked where to leave the delivery. Very friendly and very professional.

Excellent service and easy to track my parcel. I was kept informed throughout transit. Would definitely recommend this company.

DHL total lies, we sat in all afternoon looking out of the window, our living room and dining room overlook the pavement, we also have a ring doorbell, DHL just messaged saying they couldn't access the property.
Total lies, door opens onto the pavement, no one called, as we are a corner plot we also have an open drive at the rear, no one came onto our property.
No we have to sit in for another day because their driver probably couldn't be bothered.

Not reliable at all. The driver was caught leaving without attempting to deliver, just saying sorry I was in a hurry as the depot was closing. Sent me a message saying, “We tried to deliver your DHL Express shipment today but no one was home.” Very disappointed! Give your staff enough time so they do their jobs well rather than all stressed.
