I went to this website to buy some bed sheets and immediately on a big banner they displayed everywhere that there was a free lamp completely free and when I selected the item of course it was not free they said you must purchase something like 300 to get 50 discount so I immediately just lost respect it's just difficult to trust these kinds of scummy websites

Excellent quality, quick delivery

Super carpet, great material (wool) and love the colour. Just perfect. The delivery happened when they said it happened not a day later (although I would have preferred earlier but logistics decided)

Besides excellent and easy to navigate shop, I assembled the furniture (bed and sofa) without any issues at all and very quickly. Beliani site is easy to find a good piece of furniture for a good price, looking modern but also delivering it within days, as they have a large amount in stock in Switzerland. I can certainly recommend their service delivery to the room, the delivery staff were kind and polite, spoke English, which helped. Customer service responds immediately and they are very accommodating. Thank you for this care free experience during already stressful period of moving! I will certainly keep buying here, and will continue recommending Beliani to my friends and family.

I recently placed two separate orders with Beliani: first for the beautiful Trundle Bed Grey MONTARGIS and later for a LUXUS Mattress to complete the setup. I wanted to take a moment to share my exceptional experience with both orders.

From the start, the entire ordering process was smooth and easy. The bed itself is everything I hoped for – exactly as it appears in the pictures -the quality is truly impressive.

The LUXUS Mattress was ordered unexpectedly, as I had guests visiting on short notice. I was so pleased when the mattress arrived just in time, and even more thrilled when my guests remarked on how comfortable the whole experience was. Beliani’s reliable service and the comfort of the mattress and bed truly exceeded my expectations.

I was also highly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received throughout. Communication was clear and timely, and I appreciated the flexibility to choose and change delivery days as needed. Every question I had along the way was answered promptly, and all my concerns were addressed.

A particular highlight was the assembly service! The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled the bed were incredibly professional. They called ahead to confirm their arrival time, carried the bed upstairs, and had it set up in just 20 minutes! Their friendly demeanor, fluency in English, and efficiency made the entire experience seamless.

All in all, I have nothing but positive feedback. Although I was initially a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, my experience has been five stars across the board – from the outstanding service and high-quality products to the professional communication and support.

Fantastic experience with Beliani.ch! The delivery was right on schedule, and the product quality is excellent—exactly as advertised. A big bonus was the delivery team speaking English, which made communication smooth and easy, a rarity in Switzerland. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality furniture with reliable service!

The kitchen cart looks just like in the picture, it's easy to assemble and the delivery was really fast. We keep it without the wheels (by choice - not because they don't work) and it is very sturdy even without them!

I purchased a dressing table for 400CHF. Absolutely horrible quality. I had to have parts resent 3 times, taking 2 months in total. The parts sent for the drawers were wrong and didn't hold together, meaning the drawers fell apart every time you tried to open them. When I sent a video to Belliani, their response to me was "to buy some glue" and when I responded saying that this was unreasonable, they sent me a 50CHF refund. The furniture is not usable and will cost me more than 50CHF to get rid of. A complete waste of 400CHF and my time.

Great choice of items, we ordered online and the delivery was super fast. The sun loungers we ordered are fantastic, exactly as described and we are very happy. Highly recommend Beliani.

We bought a bed that we needed within 10 days. So we paid €45 for the delivery within 2-5 business days option. On the 6th day we received a message saying the delivery had been made - to Beliani's local shipper! When we queried this , we were told that the 2-5 days referred only to the delivery to the local shipper. Very misleading. We had to buy a camp bed as the local shipper delayed a further 10 days.

Ordered balcony furniture and had some issues with it, but client service immediately replied and sent new pillows and new table free of charge. Now our balcony looks beautiful! Recommended!
