Hired them to help with relocation within Switzerland. Would recommend to stay as far as possible from them. They are simply completely disconnected from the customer needs or their business, real estate market. No customer focused service. They do their own thing whether it suits a customer or not. Like they can't do visits on your behalf because they are after their 9-5 pm working hours :-) and on weekends they don't work and they have no priority viewings or real estate connections. They are reluctant to get in touch with real estate agencies themselves. I was arranging all the viewings. But they still managed to charge me 4.500 CHF for no job done, so definitely a brilliant scam.

The worst bank ever! Unreliable, cannot be trusted with my payment instructions, they simply don't execute them but also don't bother contacting you about it to verify things, they blocked my cards when I was abroad due to security even though I approved that country before my trip. Even after 6 months nobody contacted me, despite my in app messages about being left without access to MY OWN MONEY. Totally disconnected from reality, from online banking, operating as in 18th century but without good customer service 😂. So far, absolutely no reason to go to this bank if you don't want to pull your hair out every time you actually need a bank to act in a reliable and competent manner.

My delivery wasn't confirmed and it's been now almost 1 month since I placed an order! I wrote and wrote but no reply. I'm totally shocked that they even exist with this way of running the business.

NEVER AGAIN - TOTAL SCAM : I bought a pullover that was advertised as being made of cashmere, but what I received was cheap, China-made polyester and nylon. I paid 65 CHF for it, and now they are selling the same item for 35 CHF without mentioning cashmere—probably due to numerous complaints about their scam. Additionally, it took them two weeks to deliver, although their website claimed 3-5 days. I was bombarded with their awful newsletters several times a day. Save yourself some headaches and never buy from them.
A very unhappy customer

Besides excellent and easy to navigate shop, I assembled the furniture (bed and sofa) without any issues at all and very quickly. Beliani site is easy to find a good piece of furniture for a good price, looking modern but also delivering it within days, as they have a large amount in stock in Switzerland. I can certainly recommend their service delivery to the room, the delivery staff were kind and polite, spoke English, which helped. Customer service responds immediately and they are very accommodating. Thank you for this care free experience during already stressful period of moving! I will certainly keep buying here, and will continue recommending Beliani to my friends and family.

The website is actually the main reason for our purchase of the new bathroom. It's very easy to use, the most importantly tells us immediately what is compatible with the items we bought so you can choose your fitting bits etc. without any pain of going to the shops looking for the right pieces. Excellent website, a real example of how a good & efficient website should look like. I will recommend it to my friends.
