Ordered 2 garden chairs over 2 weeks ago, DHL are the delivery company and still waiting for them to be delivered. Called the company so many times complaining that I keep getting let down on them being delivered by DHL, they promised they would get this sorted and still nothing! I want my money refunded as have no chairs and not paying for something that cannot be delivered! Would avoid as you end up having nothing and just endless amounts of stress!!

2 broken products and unwilling to resolve

1x 1200chf bed - the base and the headboard arrived cracked; they tried to tell me I broke it during assembly (it came already assembled)

1x 400chf chest of drawers - the front of the drawers - one was supposed to be all no.17 parts, and one was supposed to be all no. 18 parts - they sent all no. 18s, so the drawers don't close

I've been going back and forth for months trying to resolve this, but all they keep doing is offering me 150 CHF, which is unacceptable, as I spent> 4000 CHF with them and now hours and hours on this issue

Very disappointed with Beliani Switzerland customer service. Delivered a brand-new modular sofa with mismatched fabric colors (different stock batches) and missing structural parts (no velcro on cushions, no frame connections). The customer service acknowledged the factory defect in writing weeks ago but refuses to schedule a proper furniture pick-up unless I manufacture shipping boxes myself to do their carrier's job. This violates Swiss Consumer Protection Law (Art. 208 OR). The defective item is blocking my living room. Ticket #601414, Order #14223167. Please resolve this immediately.

I will never order from this store again as a return process makes an actual return pretty impossible. They need numerous justifications why, photos of the objects from all sides, only original packaging, replying emails for days and weeks forgetting that they already received the answers & photos... the circle goes on & on... finally nobody comes to collect your parcel and they are uneager to send a return ticket so you could finally send the item back by yourself. It's been weeks after I requested a return and my items remain uncollected, I don't even know if I ever get a refund.

Marble table is beautiful. It looks great in our living room and reflects the light coming in from the windows around the rest of the room. The only downside is the fact that you have to manually drill 4 holes into the table as part of the assembly in order to attach the legs / frame to the table - for any novice DIY'ers this might be a struggle, or expensive as they now have to go out and buy a drill!

I ordered 3 articles beginning of April and still now (May 12th) not one arrived. I had several calls with the customer service, never got called back, there was a mistake with the invoice.. frankly awful experience for what they advertise

I ordered a number of light fittings from Beliani and was very satisfied. The price- quality ratio was very impressive , the products arrived in good time, the instructions were clear and they were easy to install.
Overall I was very happy and have placed a few more orders for household items.
I would recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I have been dealing with this order (bed with assembly service) for over 3 months. Continuous delays, poor communication and complete lack of organization.

After finally receiving the missing parts, they arrived already damaged — even though the packaging was intact, which clearly means the item was shipped defective.

Despite this, the company tried to offer a voucher instead of taking responsibility.

Now they are refusing to organize the return unless I provide the original packaging — which is absurd, because their own delivery team removed the packaging during assembly (standard procedure).

On top of that, they are trying to charge me €255 for the return of a defective product that is entirely their fault.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am currently escalating this case further and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I bought a small bedside drawer, which turned out to be completely watered money. It arrived disassembled, without any possibility or even instructions on how to assemble it. On top of that it was very low quality. Went directly to the garbage bin.
Mail to them was ignored.
They won't see me as a client in the future

I strongly advise against shopping at Beliani. The product I received was incomplete, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I never received a response or a real solution. If you expect to receive a complete product and want a company that stands behind what it sells, unfortunately, this is not the place for you. In my experience, you can be pretty sure that unreturned emails and unresolved issues are part of what you can expect here.

We purchased a sofa. The delivery time was extremely long. After three months of waiting, the order status was showing “preparing for shipment”. We waited one more month, but the status did not change. We then contacted the company and were told that the sofa we ordered was no longer available because Beliani no longer works with that supplier. This decision had clearly been made some time ago.

In practice, we waited four months, sitting on the floor, for nothing. As compensation, the company offered a voucher of 50 CHF. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not order from this website.

I ordered several products from Bellamy, including a sofa called Glorvica. The sofa arrived and their team assembled it in my home. Immediately, I noticed a very strong and disgusting smell. It smelled like rotten eggs.

I removed the cover because I wanted to wash it. When I saw the filling inside, I was shocked. If I have the option, I will attach a photo. The materials look awful. The quality is extremely low. This is the lowest level of quality you can imagine.

The Glorvica sofa is also impossible to use. It is extremely uncomfortable. After 10 minutes, my back or legs start to hurt. You simply cannot sit on it. I have had it for only a few days and it already has visible gaps and deformations. This is unacceptable for a product at this price.

I asked for a replacement and I was willing to pay the price difference for another sofa. They told me I might have to pay transport fees because I no longer had the original packaging. This makes no sense. They advertise a 14 day return policy, but you must disassemble the sofa yourself and handle the return transport on your own.

I also ordered a black table. It arrived completely scratched. They showed no interest and took no responsibility.

I do not recommend this website. Some prices may look attractive, but the quality is very poor. Customer service does not respect the client. There are many better alternatives with fair prices and acceptable quality.

I am extremely disappointed. This experience was unacceptable. I would give this site zero stars if that were possible.
