Buyer Beware!! Cannot cancel. I’ve been trying for 3 months. The website takes you in circles trying to cancel, the phone only leads you back to the website. Cannot reach a person. Even my credit card company was unable to block them. I now have to cancel my credit card to get rid of them. Don’t do it.

I had a vey poor experience with the company. I signed up for a 7 day trial, I then cancelled it after a few hours as the product couldn't do what I wanted it to, I gave a clear explanation in my cancellation reason, a few weeks later and I am now billed twice. it is impossible to speak to someone in customer support and the support BOT just goes around in circles - telling me a ticket has been logged, doesn't give me a ticket number or a contact number or email address and just leaves me in Limbo

Bought the paid version, you are extremely limited in what you can use despite having bought a programme to use. And despite using free effects, there is a hideous watermark there. Yeh honestly this isn't as great as it was advertised and I shall be requesting a refund. Quality on videos is also not great for a paid version also!

I have bought this paid version of your programme and quite frankly am disgusted with how terrible this is. You expect to be able to use a paid programme freely right? Nope. I am using free effects and there is STILL a hideous watermark on my content. I pay for a month of effects usage despite ONLY using FREE effects I am still graced with a most hideous grotesque bloody watermark. Like this software clearly is NOT ready for public consumption. Who on earth designed it? A toddler with an IQ of 3???? Also the quality? Hideous at best

I would appreciate a refund without delay. This product is simply unusable in the state it is in.

I bought videosuit 18 wit a life time licence, within a month 19 came out. Upgrading was not possible unless I Pay the full amount for version 19.

Now I can't use it anymore apperently my lifetime licence has expired and are they trying to force me into an anual subscription.
Lifetime means LIFETIME!

Correction, I bought 17.5 instead off 18.
But the issue remains.

I'm not asking for a new (future version) licence.
Just want to use version 17.5 without being blocked because of an expired lifetime liceence.

Overall a good slide show creator. They mention a free download for creating a memorial service slide show. opened that free download and decided it was just the same program as the free slide show app. Purchased the paid version and started working on a memorial slide show and found a couple of hickups in creating an opening introduction for who and when the memorial dates were covering a life cut short.
there was very little music that I would consider appropriate for this type of show. that being said there were a number of positive features with adding text overlays to slides and transitions.

I downloaded the free version for testing. I have a specific procedure I need to do: drag in a square overlay the same background color and temporarily cover up some text. But the rendered square kept showing up as a square rather than blending in with the background. It was a DIFFERENT COLOR. After hours of testing different color profiles, different places to take the screenshot, I finally determined that Movavi was automatically changing the color of my square overlay. Maybe there is some setting I don't know about, but I don't have anymore time to keep researching. This looks like a good program, but this problem for me was a showstopper.

The program crashes, every time I use it. A complete waste of money. Useless! Going back to what I did before.

I would give Movavi zero starts if I could. Very frustrating experience with unexpected subscription renewal and cancellation of free trial. Followed by TERRIBLE customer service when I inquired about a refund for the unexpected renewal after I had cancelled the trial.

Mr. Hassan was very nice and very helpful. It turns out the mistake was on my end but Mr Hassan was only helpful. I appreciate the information I received from him, and his time researching the issue.

I have so many old dance DVDs in my loft and i decided i wanted to convert them all to a USB stick or portable hard drive. However, for some reason, all of the DVDs didn't play. After searching the internet for hours, and downloading several apps that said they were simple and could convert my DVDs. Well, they didn't. After a lot of tears and hours of scrolling the web, I finally came across Movavi. Who could actually do what i needed it too. So simple to do, and the editing tools are easy to use. I can't thank you enough for bringing some forgotten memories back to life, and enabling me to protect the footage i thought i had lost. Absolutely recommend Movavi

Movavi have wasted my day. A complain will be sent to google upon these terms :
After I downloaded and installed the program, it made itself the default application for my video files. Every time I clicked a professional video clip, Movavi Video Converter opened automatically instead of my normal video player.

Removing the application was unnecessarily difficult. The uninstall information on the company’s website did not clearly explain that Movavi preference files remained inside the hidden macOS Library folder. I had to contact Movavi support, and even their response explained only how to reveal the Library folder—not precisely which files had to be removed.

For an ordinary user, the program’s behavior resembles unwanted software: it makes an unexpected change to the computer, takes control of video-file associations, and is difficult to remove completely.

I ask Google to investigate whether this advertisement and installation process comply with Google’s policies concerning misleading representations and unwanted software. At minimum, users should be clearly informed before installation that the program may become the default application for their video files, and complete removal instructions should be readily available.

I have been using Movavi software for quite some time, both for video editing and image processing. Over the years, Movavi products have become truly convenient and reliable tools in my everyday workflow.
What I particularly appreciate is the excellent balance between functionality and ease of use. For most tasks, there is no need to spend hours learning a complicated interface: everything is intuitive, well organized, and generally exactly where you would expect it to be. At the same time, Movavi provides more than enough functionality not only for basic home editing, but also for regularly producing high-quality videos for YouTube.
I would especially like to highlight the video editing experience. Cutting and combining footage, working with transitions and titles, editing audio, performing color correction, processing media, and exporting the finished project are all straightforward and efficient. This allows me to focus on the content and creative aspects of the video rather than struggling with complicated software.
It is also great to see how Movavi continues to evolve, introducing new features and making its applications even more convenient and user-friendly. You can clearly see the amount of effort, expertise, and attention to detail that the developers, designers, and the entire Movavi team put into their products.
A big thank you to the Movavi team for creating such high-quality, intuitive, and genuinely useful creative tools. I wish you continued growth, exciting new ideas, and many more successful products. Please keep improving Movavi — it is the kind of software that people genuinely enjoy using!

Great customer support when you got a problem.

It is one of the best editing software out there for both beginners and people with intermediate editing skills. What I absolutely love about them is it's not a subscription based app but rather you can buy once and use forever.
The editing is easy to do and use and extremely beginner friendly. Great place to start and learn editing with lots of cool features. The new update is 10X faster and smooth.

I purchased Movavi Suite 2021 and have been using it for some time, great product, upgraded to 2024, after the year my software ceased to work as Movavi lock it out making you pay for the next one, if you don't upgrade you can't use it. I reverted back to 2021 and have been using it for the best part of a year. Now they blocked it saying that it is no longer supported and might be buggy, you can't click off the message but have to use Task Manager to forcefully close the program

Another reason why I don't upgrade is the constant array of popups asking if you want to purchase additions. Very annoying to be honest. I'm now left without a program to use

Too many ads, new version of the software is cumbersome to use. I canceled and trying to get a refund and there is absolutely no way to contact customer service…..

And now I have to join your Facebook group to be able to contact customer service?? ! Wow. Very poor communication system. I guess you know your software is a mess.

the fact that you market it as free and after i finish editing you force me to buy is just pethatic im never paying this app a penny everything is behind a paywall

The software is OK but the company is predatory and sneaky. I paid a licence registration fee (not a free trial) and it said it gave access to the software so that movies could be created without watermarks. But this wasn’t true - they will still add watermarks unless you pay extra. These extra costs were almost double the licence fee and appear mysteriously at the end after you create a movie and try to export it. They suddenly require extra payment. These are sneaky charges that are hidden until the last step and have no choice but to pay. A sneaky rip off.
