This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I just found out I was secretly being charge £49.99 a month which i could not get them to refund. To this day I have no idea how this happened or what service they off, I have never heard of them. I may have downloaded a printable calendar or chart and then this hidden charge was set in motion. Hideous unethical set up.

Was meant to just be £1 for a one off but in the small print you have 7 days otherwise they charge another £49.99!
Never used it after the £1 use but this is how they make money!
Tried to email the support team but they just refused to refund, clearly this is how they make money and operate!

Way too expensive for what they offer, there are sites that has these pdf tools for free.
This company charges £1 for a single conversion then it's £50 per month, stay away!
By looking at the reviews you can see they hide their costs - scam company, DO NOT USE!

Scamming clients with fine print at the end of a T&C doc that is different than your invoice!
Do not buy anything from this company, I will complain further and challenge the transaction with my bank.
They don't communicate the fact that if you buy £1 one week access for a simple one-time operation, they will charge you £49.99 automatically after one week. There is nothing mentioned on the screen that comes up when you buy this one-week service. They send you an invoice for £1 where nothing about the next charge is mentioned. There is a T&C doc that they send as well, and the information is written only there, towards the end of the document. Absolutely deceiving practice.

Please don’t use this company they obtain money in the sneakiest way
I compressed a photo for a visa which I paid £1 for they without my knowledge signed me up for a £49.99 monthly subscription
They don’t warn you by email that they are taking the money or give you a chance to cancel
They are terrible don’t use

This company uses consumer loopholes to scam people into taking out a subscription. First a £1 trial period but they sign you up to a subscription. No communication until you see the charge in your bank account. If this has happened to you tell your bank they will deal with them. Also in my experience every customer service operator is called Helen she must work night and day! Don't go near them
