the phone I bought started malfunctioning after 3 weeks, and instead of a refund or replacement (what I asked according to their policy), they just repaired it (since they didn't have a replacement, refusing to refund it), and it took 2 weeks to just "repair" it with 0 communication, until I started writing few emails in a row.

Normally, it is indeed possible to request a refund if the return is initiated within the withdrawal period of 21 days (or 14 days for Amazon orders). Outside of the withdrawal period, the first available option is a repair. When a repair is not possible, we then consider an exchange and eventually a refund. Received a faulty product
Recently, I bought a camera from them for the first time and it was supposed to be in excellent condition, but it arrived faulty. Something was wrong with the camera, maybe the sensor was broken, but it was showing a line both on the screen and the photos. I don't know if they sent it broken or something happened during the delivery and shipping of the product but the customer service wasn't helpful either in solving the issue. I didn't receive any reply or explanation after I contacted them almost a week ago, even though they said they were going to get back to me in 48 hours. Waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend it.
Update: You did get back to me, but only after I wrote this review and opened an appeal through PayPal. I contacted you both through email and social media and I received contrasting answers. While you say you're offering a repair (if possible) I've been also told that you don't offer repairs for returns (which I've been suggested to do).

warranty not accepted, no explanaition provided
i bought a phone with them almost 2 years ago and everything was fine until from one day to another it stopped working. I actually chose rebuy for their long warranty policy, so I was sure it's gonna be accepted. unfortunately, once they received it, they send me a message saying "warranty not accepted, as phone wasn't used properly". I kept very good care of it and it was working perfectly till this one day I just couldn't turn it on. I send them 2 messages asking for more info, which they NEVER responded to. I don't think a serious company can just say "it wasn't used properly" and not accept your warranty without provinding you with more info. i'm very, very dissapointed.
