Worst experience ever! Like working with a company overseas! Shocked to know they aren’t in China! Ordered several pairs of Victoria secret pajamas for my mom with cancer for her birthday in early June. It’s late May now and I never received. They finally found that they were lost in transit but wil not return my money. They continue to say they are looking into my inquiry. What is left to look into? They already found package was lost! I’m so pissed off! I want my money back! Horrible customer service. I’ll never come back!

I have been shopping Revolve for many years and I have always had excellent experiences. The selection; from casual to wedding, the price ranges, and sizes provide to a wide range of people. Not to mention the many other things on their website. Their ability to problem solve as quickly as possible, and their return policy. But last week my customer service representative; showed me exactly why they are the best in the clothing industry. I bought a pair of shorts that were too big. Not only did she locate a smaller size; she shipped it to Canada, waiving the shipping cost, so I could get them in time for an event I was wearing them too. Before they had received my return. Bravo Revolve 👏🏽 I will continue to pay customs/duties, and USD because of this kinda customer care.

Thieves and scammers!!!!!! I had to return a purchase worth €600 and never got my money back! Don't buy from this site; they are scammers!

Have previously purchased an item and it was perfect so no need to return. Second purchase is when everything went completely down hill. Purchased a top that arrived fairly quickly but didn't fit so arranged for a return and sent it back immediately. 3 weeks later no sign of refund so contacted CS who told me its being processed. Further 2 weeks later still no redundancy. Contacted CS and they then tell you it hasn't been received back to them. They then mentioned in their email that as a favour to me, they will issue refund. Shouldn't be a favour, it should be automatically refunded etc. Very stressful. Has put me off using website. Will visit the brand name's own website. Such terrible 😞

Great customer service, refunded my return quickly

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered two dresses, and the quality of both was far below my expectations. The materials felt cheap, and they did not look as good as advertised.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the return process. The box includes a QR code saying, "We make returns easy," but that's simply not true. Customers have to arrange and pay for the return shipping themselves. Advertising easy returns while making customers handle and pay for everything is misleading. Do not recommend.

I returned an item and tracking clearly shows they received it yet they are refusing to give me a credit because their "returns team" can't find it.
Keep away not reputable company that would do this and if you don't want to lose your money .

Was a total waste of money.
I paid 400€ for a dress that actually should cost 10€.
I’m sure that Temu has much higher quality.
When I tried to return they claimed that this dress had a final discount which was added at the final stage of the order completion and as per the terms couldn’t be returned.
This discounts didn’t appeared before.
They are just cheating customers.

Exceptional customer care. I ordered a scented body oil, but for some reason it had no scent at all. Revolve very kindly refunded me my order even though this is more to do with the brand of the oil itself.

A few months ago, I spotted a necklace on a TV series and instantly fell in love with it. I started searching for something similar and eventually found the Celeste Necklace in Multi with a gold heart-shaped pendant on Revolve. Although I loved it, I hesitated because of the price.
After purchasing a few similar necklaces from Amazon that just didn’t compare, I finally decided to order the Celeste Necklace on Monday. It was a bit more than I typically like to spend on costume jewelry, but I can honestly say I got what I paid for.
I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The ordering process was simple, shipping was free, and a free return label was included for added peace of mind. Best of all, my necklace arrived in just two days!
The quality is excellent, the colors are beautiful, and it looks almost identical to the necklace that originally caught my eye on the TV series. I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I ordered a jacket using a 15% discount coupon. At checkout, the final price clearly showed $138, which I paid. However, a few days later, while reviewing my bank statement, I noticed I was actually charged $162 by the website.

They gave me the refund after asking but this is so incorrect and misleading but I will not shop from this website again.

Impossible to contact customer service.
Complaints and escalation only through WhatsApp (which do not reply either).
No reply received from emails I sent them.

Delivery is absolutely shit. Says 3 business days but my order status remains “processing “ when you check their website!
I will never order from this online store again!

I've been using Born This Way foundation in Sable and it blends really smoothly into the skin without feeling heavy. The finish looks natural but still gives enough coverage to even out redness and small imperfections. It also lasts well through the day without breaking apart or getting patchy. The shade match was also accurate for me.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Absolutely love the soft feel of this perfume I love the way it smells. It smells so good. I can’t even believe how amazing this perfume smells nice and soft but the best aroma. It’s nice and portable so you can put it in your purse. It’s definitely consistent throughout the day the strength is nice and even and it leaves no residue behind and you can put it in your hair all over your body.

Fantastic service and selection of brands. Twice I had issues with the items ordered, and a resolution was promptly provided by the customer service team, including refund or exchange (with special thanks to Sophia/Diana/Melvin).

My experience with this site was weird. Ordered a product, it said I would get it by next week. All of a sudden I get an email about verification and two charges to my card and that it can take 3-5 days (!?) for the transactions to even show and then I have to email their customer service to even get my items shipped. So the delivery frame is not correct when you order. I obviously immediately wanted to cancel the order, which they did the day after (cudos for fast reply). They wrote something about a discount and the chance to reorder the items with the discount but this will only apply if a get an account for Klarna, PayPal and some other payment service which is just even weirder. They get three stars because the customer service was very nice and acted fast but I wouldn't order from this place honestly despite that. Just a very weird experience.

Had a very small issue with an item. It was handled immediately and satisfactorily. The other items received were fantastic and very well-priced. Will buy from Revolve again

Since over 6 weeks i’ll been waiting for my return to be paid back - they just say again and again i should talk to my credit card company. But i never paid per credit card. I returned it normal with there return label and still nothing. And we talking about a big amount of money. They just scamming!!!
