I tried to get help for over 23 days 10 calls 5 emails and didn't get help I would never book over this site again

First the hotel is in the perfect location. You can walk to food spots and even the mall. The hotel room is spacious and super clean. We had breakfast there and it did not disappoint. I am glad I stood here and now it’s added to my favorites.

The hotel we booked in was clearly overbooked which resulted in us being transferred on arrival out of town with no notice. This signifantly diminished our experience as it had flow on effects to our stay in Zakinthos. We had to get up very early to then catch our tour the following day. The place we stayed was not at the standard to the one we booked. Free poor drinks and food don't make up for this!

From our initial booking, the company kept us informed all the way through to our arrival. The hotel were also fully informed and had our room waiting for us.
This was our first exprience with Stayforlong but it will not be our last.

The Ramada Hotel and Suites in Kranjska Gora provided excellent service. Accommodation and breakfast and all Staff were first class.

The room was spotless and well presented. It was right in the centre of the old town. Simple to get to all the sites and there were restaurants literally outside.
Even though the area was very lively it was very quiet at night.
Could not fault it.

Charming, spotless hotel with confident, attentive staff. Excellent breakfast, but the real highlight is the location — outstanding neighborhood with easy access to public transport and the rest of the city.

If you're looking for a place just a shelter for the night like a bed, roof over your head and a shower then go to this place.. But if you want quality and comfort, don't go to this place..

WiFi sucks, room & bathroom wayyy too small you can barely move around, fridge too small can hardly put anything in it, and NO MICROWAVE!!!

Stayforlong is a very good way for booking. Seems more reasonable in prices. Only negative is when I paid deposit I didn't get a booking reference. The reference did come after paying the balance before my holiday. Only a small thing but having the booking reference is more reassuring.

Easy booking. Although slow to answer queries . Offers great hotels in good locations at reasonable prices. Woukd definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff and great Location

Very disappointing stay – not a 4-star experience

Unfortunately, this hotel was extremely overrated and, in our experience, does not meet the standard of a 4-star property.

We stayed for a week as 3 adults and a toddler, including breakfast, and paid around €1,800. For that price, we expected a much better standard. The room was very old and poorly maintained. The bed frame was literally held together with white tape, was falling apart and extremely squeaky. The toilet doors were damaged at the bottom and there was also an unpleasant smell.

The balcony overlooked an overgrown garden and a very poorly maintained playground, which was also disappointing.

We arrived late at night and understand that food services were closed, but there wasn’t even a vending machine available. With four guests and temperatures around 30°C, only having two bottles of water provided was disappointing.

The only positives were the swimming pool and the lovely, friendly staff at breakfast and the bar.

Overall, for €1,800, we expected a proper 4-star experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and facilities was well below the standard we expected and not worth the price paid.

Best prices. Worth grabbing the app.
I’ll certainly be using stayforlong regularly from now on.

We had to change from arriving on the Friday to the Sunday and despite numerous messages and calls to stay long our hotel room was no longer available on Sunday night which lead to us with no where to stay in New York. Have never experienced such terrible customer service and despite explaining this to the agent all he said is this is our policy there is nothing we can do!

I’ve yet to receive a response regarding my request for confirmation on my hotel stay. Terrible customer service I will for sure never book with this company again. Traveling is already stressful they make it worse.
