Great mask, I've really seen an improvement in my skin and complexion since buying it one year ago. Unfortunately mine developed a fault and some of the LED's stopped working. I emailed STYLPRO and after sending some information and photo's of the issue, they issued me with a replacement. Excellent customer service and a great product 👍🏻

Great company to deal with. After a year my LED face mask had a fault I contacted customer services and it was dealt with and rectified within minutes. So impressed. Will definitely purchase one of their great products again.

The process to replace my Led face mask was quick & easy.

I had an issue with the controller of my Wavelength LED Face Mask shortly after receiving it. I contacted STYLPRO, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally.

They arranged a replacement without any hassle, and I have now received the new product, which works perfectly.

I had an issue with the mask I emailed the customer service and sorted me out with replacement but I think the mask needs to be more stronger as the wire is sticking out little bit maybe make it bit bigger so the whole body can fit

I had an issue with my mask a few months after use, I contacted Stylpro and Lorraine rectified the issue with a replacement product in no time!

I absolutely love my LED face mask and use it at least 3 times a week. It makes my skin look almost glowy and balanced. The mask stopped working after around 6 months, so I emailed STYLPRO and they asked for a few details (including a video of what was not working), and immediately sent me a new one out! The team were very helpful and friendly and I would absolutely recommend.

DO NOT BUY. I used it, as per the instructions, in Dec and Jan this year, then at the beginning of Feb, I noticed lumps appearing on my chin. I stopped using it, obviously, and it is now August and still scarred. So I paid £100 to make my skin worse, basically! Company did not care when I complained, as I bought it from Boots!? Joke.
Update, they actually contacted me after posting this review, it's amazing what bad publicity does!!! Still the same story, sadly. Due to my age, stated that retinol use must have caused this scarring, even though I have never used the stuff! Rude and extremely presumptuous! Unsure as to why they even bothered contacting me again tbh?!!

Swift replacement of faulty device.

The brush I ordered had no problems it was just the diameter of the barrel was just too big for my short hair only reason I had to return it. Emailed as the refund was taking a long time. They looked into it and it seemed that the carrier had lost it but the refund was then done very promptly and I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again. I cannot say anything on how the hot brush worked has I did not actually use it.

I absolutely love my Style Pro wavelength LED face mask. I’ve tried a few products in this area, and I honestly think this is one of the best I’ve used. The quality is excellent, especially considering the price it’s much more affordable than many similar products on the market, but I don’t feel like I’ve compromised on quality.

What has really impressed me, though, is the company itself. Their customer service is genuinely exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, responsive and actually seem to care about their customers, which is becoming increasingly rare.

I’m always a little cautious about leaving reviews because I think they should be honest and balanced, but I can genuinely say that I’ve been really impressed with both the product and the company. For the price, I think the Style Pro face mask offers fantastic value, and I would happily recommend it to anyone considering one.

Brilliant product, brilliant company and possibly the best customer service I’ve experienced. Five stars from me!
