On my 5th day now of using the mask and I'm happy. I feel my face is tighter and my neck lines are getting lighter. I'm glad I found this!

I have seen a small difference in my facial skin.It is more glossy and seems to have lessened some lines at the side of my face.However,I find this mask very uncomfortable to wear as no two faces have the same shape,therefore it does not fit comfortably around my eye area even though I have adjusted strap and placed strap on different positions around my head.I do not use the neck attachment as it is poorly constructed and keeps on seperating from the main join.I have used the micro current metal prongs and you feel it working as you get the tingling sensation on your face but it is a very uncomfortable fit.I have used this mask for three months,despite the discomfort.I use it while sitting,so maybe it would feel much more comfortable and not so achy if I was lying down.

I buy skincare with the best intentions and half of it ends up in a drawer. This didn't. I leave it next to the sofa so I remember to put it on in the evenings. The first thing I noticed was my skin looked less tired, then after a while I started seeing more shape around my cheeks. It's become one of those things I just do now.

Absolutely not risk or hassle free.
Mask is incredibly uncomfortable and actually leaves painful dents in the skin.
You can only operate it lying down with eyes closed. Treatment times are 30/60 minutes.
Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had read reviews on here before I wasted my time and money.

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy my “Luna and Skin”. It’s the time of the day I really look forward to. Use the red light and the microcurrent daily. Have also tried the different color lights.

The Luna mask was heavy, uncomfortable and couldn’t use the metal prongs supplied. Sent emails explaining and wanting to return but was told that the 90 day window had expired which it clearly hadn’t. I waited days for any emails sent. I then sent dates ordered received etc. they asked me to alter the strap for comfort which still didn’t help. Eventually they offered me a 20% discount to keep the mask. I decided to keep because impossible company to deal with. Also too expensive to send back. Wish I’d checked reviews before hand. This mask a waste of money, still not used it.

I had an issue after 9 months, contacted the company via email. They responded immediately & we’re only too happy to help me. They were Great~replaced the part for free
( sent videos to show issue). Yes there are issues but overall I’m happy with the mask. Still waiting to look younger more time…5x a week 35 minutes per session.

I have been using this mask since December 2025…Twice a week for 10 mins. It definitely has improved my skin. My little fine lines have diminished, and my face is more taut. Friends and family have even noticed. My niece’s husband asked if I had had work done as I looked younger! I would recommend this mask, but you have to use it properly to get results. I lie down when using it, to enable it to be in the right position for my face.

Really like it. I’ve genuinely enjoyed using it, and my skin has looked much firmer over the past few weeks. It is easy to use, fits well into my routine, and I would definitely recommend it.

I bought the white mask with the detachable neck piece. I have found it really good and my skin definitely looks tighter and firmer. I have used the neck piece on bruises etc. and it works great. I would agree it can be uncomfortable with the prongs on the forehead, so I detached the micro pulses, that's why I've given 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars. It is a firm plastic so not easy to move around compared to the more flexible masks. However I got it on a deal, I like that it has several light types and so can cope with these little issues.

Totally uncomfortable and company does not honour the 90 return polocy

I have been using the face mask for over a year 3/4 times a week on the red setting.Its so easy to use and the results are noticeable.My skin is tighter ,has a more youthful glow and looks much fresher . Consistency is the key to success I would say .My son had a patch of psoriasis on his leg and after holding the mask over it the patch completely disappeared in days and hasn't come back .Truly amazing !! This is the best facial treatment I have ever bought including creams ,lotions and potions

A lady at work asked if I'd changed my makeup because my skin looked really fresh. I hadn't, I'd just been using the mask for a while. I wasn't expecting anyone else to notice, so that felt nice. Definitely happy I bought it.

That was reason I chose this one over a few others. I didn't want something that only treated half the problem. It's easy to use and my neck has definitely benefited. My jaw area looks more contoured too, which I wasn't expecting as a side benefit.

AVOID i paid €175 for the black LED mask they sent me some cheap one called Photon Skin rejuvenation instrument with a Luna & Skin "Thank you for your order" note!

This mask was pretty good. It is simple to use with straightforward settings. You can wear it for prolonged periods of time without it getting too hot. I like that there is a detachable neck piece. This is great for those days where you’re just at home watching TV

Hi i have been using the luna and skin mask for 7 months now. Don't use the prongs as they r very sore on the forehead. Has for bridge of nose i put a cotton pad over nose wen using the mask and have no issues now with. Actually love using mine. Use it at least 3 times .

While I believe the light therapy to be effective, this mask is extremely uncomfortable to wear, making it hard to get motivated to follow a routine.

I love this product i use it every day for 15 minutes and see a big difference in my skin.

The unit is very painful to use, digs into the skin and leaves marks on the skin. I received the unit on May 25th 2026. I bought under the condition of a 90 day money back guarantee which expires on August 24th 2026. I contacted them on July 8th.

I asked for my money back according to the 90 day money back guarantee and on 9th July was fobbed off with by being given a list of TEN things "to try" and being told to get back to them if they didn't work.

I replied on 9th July asking for my money back according to the 90 day money back guarantee that they clearly advertise on their website and included a screenshot of their promise.

I was then told on 11th July "After checking your order, it has already exceeded our standard 30-day return window. We also could not find any 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee registration associated with your current order. If you believe you completed the registration, kindly send us a screenshot or any confirmation showing the registered 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and we’ll be happy to review this further for you."

I replied on 11th July telling them I received no request at any time to register for the Money-Back Guarantee whatsoever and repeating my request for a refund.

No response since then.
