Still experiencing hard time getting satisfactory refund on the sea turtle themed “crystal” wind chime. My credit card was charged$43.48 on 7-5-26. I’m not getting a very positive result from your company on this problem. The wind chime was nothing like advertised, it’s stamped out of plastic, NOTONE CRYSTAL PRISM on it. I want my money back.

The turtle chime looks cheap and is small. Thought it would be bigger than it was.

It was deliveried damaged and (emailed a notice) was getting ready to return the broken one for a replacement when they emailed me back telling me they didn't have a clue what was sent to me. Some company? It was a waste of money. I was even paying for the return. No, I am not happy with this company. Another internet scam as far as I'm concerned.

False advertising
They showed a beautiful crystal sun catcher on the website but sent a cheap little plastic imitation copy. No way can this cast prisms as advertised, It's typical bait and switch. Do not buy from this company they do not adhere to their 90 day guarantee and send cheap imitations of what is advertised.

I did contact your customer service prior to filing a dispute and this was their final response.
We genuinely appreciate your patience throughout this process.
"To demonstrate our utmost sincerity, we have pushed our authorization to the limit and can offer a final compensation of 8 USD, with no return required."

You totally ignored the fact that you showed a stunning CRYSTAL suncatcher on your website and sent out a small plastic copy of the one displayed on your website. Your customer service does not live up to your website 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

Smaller than what was shown beautiful tho

Item receive was inferior to the one advertised. It was a lot smaller, was made of plastic, had no crystals at all as shown in the advertisement. False Advertising. I have been ripped off.

Delivered with care great packing

I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. My credit card went through and showed up on my account. I received no tracking number either.

Exactly as advertised. Reasonable price and promptly delivered.

The sign I got from you is awsome. I took a picture of it and posted it on Facebook yesterday,,the response I got was Great,,People Loved it...See there is something about me that loves to see people smile,,my friends and family tell me I should do stand up comedy because of my sense of Humor..And if that sign didn't make you laugh then I give up..
