Product looks good. Smaller than expected. No communication during process. Long time to receive not knowing what step my order was in.

I ordered a hat from this website. Tracking info said it was coming from Spain to Texas. It got as fast as Milaukee and the got a notice saying that the shipping address was not deliverable! They sent me a copy of the post information and my address was correct. There was no way it would have been return to sender to Spain. I asked for a refund because I never received the merchandise. They stated that since that item was lost in the mail, they lost money on there end. They said they would issue a partial refund that took into count the money they lost! Item cost $32, and they only offered $15. I suspect there never was an item. The shipping information is probably all AI generated. They offer a partial solution yet in the end do nothing. Big Giant Scam

Not quite the product as advertised. Smaller and doesn't seem as nice...but alas, I rolled the dice and didnt completely lose, but it wasn't really a win either.

The product itself is awesome but on your webpage it showed that it is in a presentation box which I did not receive so I was very disappointed

BAIT AND SWITCH.
Product on Instagram was shown as a large scale model of emblems. Estimated size on line was about 10”x 10”. What I got was 3”x4”. To resolve this I would not buy from the company and should be restricted to selling in the United States. Ordered 6/12 and received 7/13. Website says 7 to 14 days for delivery. Let’s stop this company from doing business in United States

I ordered the Master Music Theory Faster | Circle of Fifths Decoder & 36-Page Workbook Set × 1. I got the decoder but not the workbook. Terrible customer service - they just refused to send the book and would not refund me the full value. They eventually offered $8 which is about 24% of what I paid for the package. I only received 50% of the product I ordered.

Despite claiming "Satisfaction Guaranteed
30 Day Money Back. 1 Year Warranty." They said it would not be worth my while to return the bit of the product I had as it would cost me (!) the more to return it than the refund was worth.

I am not satisfied and I don't have my money. This is a scam outfit and I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Waiting for over a month now, nothing driving, fake parcel tracker... i don't think I will see anything

The delivery time was misleading. The price was good, and the quality is good. The delivery time said 7-10 days and it took 16 days.

I really liked the eagle emblems I received but they were smaller than they looked when I ordered them. Also I thought they were metal not plastic

Much cheaper feel than I expected as I wanted more of a standard emblem for my cars. These seem cheap

If I could give this company less stars I would. Customer service is next to useless. Waited a month to have item delivered and then the item still doesn’t show up after they say it was delivered. No assistance at all in tracking. No offer to help from customer disservice. Stay away from this scam

This is perfect for my nursing placement, and I'll be using it well into the future.
Just a shame it arrived halfway through my placement not at the beginning, like I ordered it for... And it arrived bent in the packaging. But overall. Great Item, can't believe I've never come across this kind of thing until now!

Never received goods ordered in February, said they had resent the goods still not received. Will never use again

I bought an Advent calendar, and it was labled wood advent calendar for Christmas and when It came 68 days after i ordered it, (ordered in november and recived in january) after saying it would come in a week it came made out of styrofoam and not real, it was ripped and not wood and they didn't allow me to refund money or leave a review, would answer when contacked and straight up lied.

Avoid this company. Order never arrived after over 2 months and they do not answer emails. They will take your money and run

Dropshipper!
Say they will give you a refund if your order is not okay, mine was damaged en very bad, but they only gave 9 dollar from the 45 dollar back.
It looks like they shop from the USA (tracking is FAKE!), it is sent from China.
Don"t order here!!
