Horrible company-bait and switch and fraud. Items looked nothing like the picture. Impossible to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER! Fraud galore. Each one probably cost less than a dollar to make.

Never received the item and they keep sending the same message. It is on its way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am having my credit card company reverse the charges. They are a SPAM.
This is second company I ordered from and never received my order. I did not know at the time they were the same company, but they are.
Save your money.

Took a long time to get here. No real instructions to speak of. Seems a bit cheap compared to the pictures. Have not completed yet, so don’t know about finished project

Since I just received them yesterday and haven't had a chance to use them I cannot honestly rate them. I gave 1 star because it was the only way to be able to communicate.

I ordered my product in July and still have not received it.

I love this bobine holder, it is very compact but still hold 30 bobbins.

Wasnt packed like i thought it would be. Doesn't look as good quality as what the finished product looks and no glue included. I dont know what base they stuck the picture on. I thought it came already stretched out but it didnt. Sorry I bought them.

The hat said it was embroidered not stenciled. So it was not worth the money I paid, I won't order from site again

They shipped using fraudulent postage per the US Postal Service. When I tried to obtain actual delivery information after prefacein.com claimed the item had been delivered. They also sent delivery notice dated four days before the alleged delivery. TOTAL SCAM!!!!
They tried to foist responsibility to the delivery service since they claimed to have used sufficient postage, etc. They have refused to refund my money and drug the entire process out as long as possible in hope that I would just give up and go away. They no longer respond to emails.
After seeing this review I got an email from them asking what they could do to resolve the issue. I provided the information they requested. A couple of exchanges that told me nothing new and then they went back to "the package was delivered" so absolutely no change in their approach. Did later provide me with updated tracking information which the tracking app said "The carrier has not updated the information or try switching carrier and then check again." And again the USPS will not provide tracking on a package shipped with fraudulent postage. I stick to my original review with added emphasis on their attitude of push it back until he goes away.

I was disappointed in your product. It didn’t look anything like the picture of which I purchased very thin look like it wouldn’t last very long.

The item does not fit in a standard hose. So I can't use it

The item that I received was not the same as the ad or in the picture it was a complete waste of money
