We never received the hat

We never received the hat. The shipping info was wrong. As of 8/25/2026, it states not yet delivered, but the company said they delivered it on 8/15/2026. I do not trust this company. Guess they took my money. They send a copy of a shipping label, but anyone can make up a fake label.

Can not fault the service/item

Updates all the way through from the placement of the order to the delivery. And the t-shirt was very well received.
Size exactly as described and my husband loves it

Disappointed Customer

I received a wrong color Shorts, I ordered black but received a white shorts and the T shirt, according to the description on the website was 80% cotton but feels like 80% polyester, too hot & uncomfortable to wear here in California, very disappointed. I emailed your support group but no response almost 1 week already
