I ordered a 1- month supply for 99.00 was charged immediately 1173.90 tried to call and cancel this for a refund and have money replaced to my account. Received several emails saying I couldn’t cancel which is totally unacceptable and incorrect! The system automatically reverts your order to what is recommended. Had to call my bank to file a dispute. Then finally spoke with someone 15 hours later and was told it had already went to the pharmacy despite emailing cancel five minutes after placing order noting error. Insanity. Don’t order from this company unless you want or can pay for their mistakes which they don’t take accountability for ! Disgusted

Not Heavy Enough
It turned out that while I am overweight, I am not overweight enough to qualify for Ozempic. However, customer service contacted me promptly and offered me micro-doses, to which I said no. The first rep to whom I spoke (Amanda or Amelia) was quite pleasant and helpful, but was on a walk when she called; I called SkinnyRx back and got Mary, who was extremely helpful. If I'd qualified for a regular prescription, I would have rated this business 5/5. Either way, customer service was very good.
