Ada pembatalan order shopeefood dr shopee scr sepihak tanpa alasan/penjelasan apapun diberikan ke saya selaku pelanggan/buyer tp dana tetap ditahan shopee,sdh sy lgs hub resto katanya mereka tdk menerima dana krn order batal hrsnya dana msh ditahan shopee cabang indonesia tp sdh bbrp hr dana tdk dikembalikan shopee,sdh hub shopee lewat chat katanya transaksi berhasil sdg sy tdk menerima kiriman order & resto jg tdk proses order krn batal. shopee tdk tersedia no telepon yg bs dihub utk minta keterangan dana yg ditahan, ini namanya shopee tilep uang pembeli.
Lewat chat aplikasi customer service katakan ada pemakaian voucher utk pembelian paket tapi ini dilakukan sepihak oleh shopee dengan memakai nomor kartu kredit sy yg teregistrasi ke aplikasi shopee untuk memaksa belikan voucher tersebut tanpa ijin dan sepengetahuan saya terlebih dahulu dan tidak ada info notifikasi ke saya atas pembelian voucher ini oleh shopee sepihak. Jadi ini ada unsur penyalahgunaan nomor kartu kredit pelanggan yg teregistrasi ke shopee. Tolong viralkan agar tdk terulang ke pelanggan lain.

"There was a shopeeFood order cancellation by shopee syatem without any explaination from shopee to buyer about the reasons for cancellation, but the funds are still being held by shopee (indonesian branch). I have contacted the restaurant and they said they did not receive the money because the order was canceled, meaning the funds should still be with shopee. It has been several days and the money has not been refunded. I contacted shopee via chat and they claimed the transaction was successful, even though I never received the delivery and the restaurant didn't process the order due to the cancellation. Shopee does not have an available phone number to call to ask for an explanation regarding the held funds. This means shopee is embezzling the buyer's money.
Via chat the customer service there was a voucher used to purchase the order yet shopee unauthorizedly made use of my linked/registered credit card number to force purchase the voucher without my consent and authorization and no prior notification/information to me about this purchase of voucher.
So there has been a breach of abusing buyer’s credit card number registered with shopee.
Please make this viral so it doesn't happen to anyone else."

I purchased a Vivo phone on Shopee that turned out to be counterfeit and not usable as a genuine smartphone. I provided clear video evidence and supporting proof, yet my refund request was repeatedly rejected while the seller continued to be protected.

A buyer should not lose money for receiving a fake product. Marketplaces should prioritize consumer protection, especially in cases involving counterfeit goods. I hope Shopee reviews its dispute process and handles counterfeit product complaints fairly and transparently.

Lots of scammers, insecure web !!

bad experience. i lost my item when delivering using shopee xpress. i've visited the office and talked to the staff but the couldn't do much. won't use this platform again!!!

Lost money as a seller, Shopee ignored my proof

I sold a fully working PSU on Shopee and provided a clear video showing it works before shipping. The buyer claimed it was broken but gave no clear proof and just a photo of the fully working psu and all his trash components (especially the motherboard) he used to test the psu. Shopee approved the return immediately and rejected my appeal even after I submitted full all detailed evidence.

Now I'm stuck with a fully working PSU and lost 22k IDR from shipping. Shopee didn’t protect me as a seller at all. It feels like sellers don’t matter.

In case you have some difficulties - it's your own problem, remmember that! In my situation Shopee application just did not allow me to proceed with the return and refund! And when I tried to contact live chat I've suddenly realized that came into some kind of Zoo! The staff of live chat, like Rehza is incompetent, reluctant and just copy/paste the information with advices. Even if you received damaged item, was extremy prudent and filed out all report forms, uploaded photos with evidences, you would see the information window that Shopee need...consider your report within 5 calendar days!

If you arent an Indonesian speaker they have an English translator option. Only problem is it translates about 2% of the site into English. Having programmed dozens of sites with translation in multiple languages this is a bad sad joke so not for people who do not speak Indonesian. Their customer services/support is the worst I have encountered on any online sales site and nearly impossible to get in touch with. I still use Shopee.co.id when there is no other choice but only do COD orders having been messed around badly on paid up front orders that were never delivered and took forever to get a refund.

I bought a product listed as Samsung,when it arrived it was completely different item and not working. Shopee customer service was useless and didn't want to help. Stay away from Shopee!!!

Worst online shopping experience I've had anywhere in the world by a hundred miles. 1/5 items get delivered, others sent hundreds miles to another island only to be market as "Delivery Unsuccessful" at 7am in the morning and immediately being returned to seller without attempting to contact or deliver again. Sorry for sellers trying to make money.

Lately shopee customer service suck bad. Too many scammer. And shopee isnt wise enough to handle it.

Go-to place for sourcing products from China. I bought accessories, dog clothes, and sportswear with good quality and good price. Well, I won't lie. It's challenging to search the products using the filters. I sorted it from low-high price and vice versa, the number of product on the result was different compare to the search result without sorting it out.

Just experienced how dispute team in shopee handle my problem. seller gave me wrong size information of a jacket, i have the screenshot proof. I submit return request to Shopee but they declined. they didn't consider my situation as customer, only replying like robots. after several attempts of calls from my side, shopee still declined my request, and one-sidedly changed the order status to finished. in the email they said if i still don't accept their decision, i can talk to the seller. when i talk to the seller, they said they can't do anything because the order status is finished. giving context, the seller is a well known sports company with not-cheap products, and there's 7 days return policy in shopee, yet this thing still happened to me.

Never buy from Shopee, alot of bad store selling broken item. Only buy from trusted online shop like Tokopedia.com or Bukalapak.com they have better support and good store. This is my personal experience!
