Dont buy from this company. Their customer service is worst. I ordered a product on April with a promise that it would be delivered within 4 to 6 business days. It is now May 14 and I am yet to see the product. Moreover, when I asked for the status, the customer service responded saying that if the product is returned to them, they will refund my money. What kind of attitude is this? Worst company to do business.
Good prices and selection. It was the only place we could find this one sink we really liked and prices for other items were also good, so we could bundle our purchase for renovating the bathroom.
The packaging seemed very safe and professionally done, that's great for these delicate items.
One star off for the surprise to find shipping happened from Czech Republic. Nothing really wrong with that, but it was not transparent to us during the process, we thought we had bought from a Danish webshop and feared shipping delays after seeing the origin country. Shipping only took a few days however. Maybe make this process more transparent for future customers, otherwise everything was fine.
