Very good attention and the communication with the provider was excelent. Really happy with the service and specially for problem solving, easy to get all the contract, installation and follow up of my account trough the Kundenportal.
My request was handled immediately. The email correspondence was professional and extraordinary pleasant.

Worst service and they gave me so much of stress and cheated. They offered a good price so i got myself into the contract (19.03). They welcomed me and said all was done on 21.05 ,I am their customer. On 2. June they said due to a system failure my contract got auto cancelled (NO information was provided about this to me). I came to know about this when i got a letter that i am now in Grundversorgung. Then I call naturwerk and they say yes we cancelled your contract and we cannot offer the same price anymore. This is a pure scam. Stay away from them.

What you’ve described does not reflect our standards of fairness and transparency. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the system error and the lack of communication. Finding out about the cancellation only through a notification of being placed in the basic supply is absolutely unacceptable – and we fully understand your disappointment that we could no longer offer the same rate.
