Very bad experience
Very bad experience. After creating an account this week to be able to rent a van and be able to transport my things to my new house, I uploaded my Spanish ID documents, B driver's license and everything was correct. They suspended my account and two days later, after appealing, they permanently blocked it for no apparent reason.
Terrible company that I will never work with and that makes it difficult for you to rent vehicles, I'll go with Sixt or Bahuhaus. (better prices and more competent)
Beware: unsubstantiated "smoking fee" passed straight to debt collection
Charged a €100 "smoking fee" on a €14 rental based solely on a BOSCH sensor report — which, per BOSCH's own documentation, is not intended for use against customers and cannot identify who was in the vehicle. When I disputed it, MILES refused to engage with the evidence and handed the case to PAIR Finance, who kept pursuing me — including after Germany's Universalschlichtungsstelle closed the case specifically because MILES refused to participate. Notably, MILES had separately refunded a second smoking charge on the *same* vehicle as a goodwill gesture — undermining their own sensor's reliability. If you're facing something similar, you're not alone — check the other reviews here.
They hide their 20€ fees
They hide their fees, 20€ minimum fee for a Van XL, despite showing you in you face on the app that its 1,45€/km.
I told all the woodworkers and friends I know to steer off this company.
Unfair business practices & broken written promises by MILES Support
I am deeply disappointed with MILES Mobility's customer support and business ethics.
On June 7, 2026, while driving a MILES vehicle (VW Polo), I was pulled over by the police due to severely worn-out, bald tires provided by MILES. Following the incident, I contacted MILES support. On June 10, 2026, their representative (Millie) officially confirmed to me in writing:
"Once you get billed the fine, feel free to contact us once more... We will bear the costs accordingly."
However, when the official fine of €123.50 arrived from the City of Wuppertal and I forwarded it to them, MILES completely reversed their position. They refused to honor their binding written commitment, falsely claiming that a warning light would have appeared on the dashboard (which is technically impossible for tire tread wear) and shifting 100% of the blame onto the customer.
To protect myself from late fees and legal consequences under my personal name, I had to pay the €123.50 fine out of my own pocket. Since then, MILES support has been completely ignoring my follow-up emails and refusing to reimburse me.
Promising in writing to cover costs and then refusing once the bill arrives is an unfair and deceptive practice. I demand a full reimbursement of the €123.50.
Easy and Affordable
It makes mobility easy without owning the car, at affordable price. Would be nice when the service area is expanded and increase the car availability.

The app can be hit and miss. Needs some improvement. The car for a 24 hour booking needs to be opened within 10 minutes or the booking is lost. [shrug]

I think everything i good
I think everything i good, except the fines you get. Out of nowhere once in a blue moon, they will give you a fine on a part of terms and conditions that you haven’t read. But other than that, customer service and the car service itself is pretty good
