***AVOID *****
We bought a supposedly 'Excellent' Grade iphone 13 Pro for $720. From the moment we received this phone it became obvious the 3rd screen was not functioning properly and was of a very low quality.
The different grades are a complete farce...here are how they describe some of them...
A Grade
Excellent Grade
A Grade Like New
Good Grade
Like New
Very Good Grade
We demanded a refund and Mobile City demanded a 10% fee for changing our mind however we made it clear we were not satisfied with the glitchy screen.
So far same day delivery Im not holding my breathe, no tracking number just told I have to stay home from the time I ordered it *1pm* till 8pm .
Excellent immediate and professional service
We have used this service three times and always efficient and effective
Recommend them 100 percent

Their phones are junk. They sent what they said was a good condition mobile phone yet when it arrived the screen had black spot all over it and the phone itself had damages all around the outside of it even around the camera was damaged
Would never waste my time buying from them again.
I bought a phone frome Mobile City, stored it for 2 months to use overseas. It just wouldn't work overseas. I sent it back when I returned to New Zealand, they said it was the charger, and gave me another charger. I have now been using the phone for 5 months and the camera had just stopped working. I will never buy a refurbished mobile again.
Bought a high-spec reconditioned iPhone 15 for $1000 from Mobil City in Penrose a couple of weeks ago. Got caught in the rain while walking and the phone completely died. No refund offered as water damage is not covered by warranty, even though the manufacturers of this model claim that the phone can survive being underwater for 30 minutes. My phone was exposed to rain for a few seconds!!! I had to pay an extra $400 to get it fixed and even after paying all this money, facial recognition no longer works!!! This place is a rip-off! Avoid like the plague!!! Buy a new phone instead. Very poor customer service - they said if they gave me a refund they would have to “do it for all the people who claimed water -damage .., and how do they know that I didn’t deliberately submerge it underwater…”. As if anyone would deliberately submerge their phone in water after spending over a thousand! Do not buy from this company - money down the drain!
We're destructive with our tech (plumbing business). Mobilecity makes it cheap to replace broken stuff rather than getting poor repairs done and being unhappy with the work, trade in your broken gear and move on after paying bugger all.
I've only just found mobile city, 3 devices in a month, happy as.
These guys are nasty as. My 78 year old mother bought an iPhone off them and they have refurbished it using dodgy parts. These parts cause a major part of the operating system not to work - Face ID.
They have buried in the small print that this phone is basically useless and the operator I spoke to was tantamount to an AI bot, repeating the same thing over and over - I am a rip off merchant and sold you the phone with a major fault - but thats ok because we buried that info in the fine print.
You should have heard his squeaky little voice as the language wasn't to his liking as he hung up the phone. Poor baby.
Do not shop with this company - it's probably safer to buy a phone off those dodgy shops in the malls. One star because it's mandatory to give at least one.
I have ordered a iPhone XS for my son it said it would come in 1-2 weeks and was surprised that it came in only 7 days (1 Week) I haven’t looked at it and seen if it was broken because it’s for his birthday I’ll do another review if it’s broken or not cheers
