Great shoes! I ordered two pairs of water resistant walking shoes that corresponded well with what I hoped. They also look fine and had an attractive price. Had to wait for 12 days for the delivery.

Theives

I ordered from Luxans who processed my payment but never shipped my order and nothing was delivered. They wont answer my emails. They are just theives. They also offered me 50% refund to do a review but never gave me the refund.

I received my Jacket- But need to exchange

I received my Jacket order, and the quality was fine. However, it was too small and so I'm trying to organise an exchange or refund.
I've messaged at least 4 times, had a polite response requesting pics of the delivered item, but then nothing- no further detail for return or exchange etc.
Still waiting...
