I ordered two items from Allamode a
denim dress and a blouse and had great expectations. But they were both too small and the textile was not as nice as it had looked in the advert. So I returned the parcel and expected repayment.
The company mailed saying don't return the parcel we will pay you half the amount. But I had already sent the objects back and insisted on getting the whole amount back and also gave further information of why I was disapoointed with the clothes. Allamode soon got back to me saying yes we will sent all your money back.
Thats why I feel I can trust this company and believe they live up to their promises.

Very disappointed – no response from customer service
I placed an order with Allamode but unfortunately, some of the clothes did not meet my expectations and I would like to return them. According to consumer rights and their own return policy, I should be able to do so. On their website, they list a return address in Halmstad, Sweden – even though the items are shipped from China.
I have sent at least five polite emails asking for return instructions and confirmation so I can send the items back, but I have received no reply whatsoever. There is no phone number available, and it seems impossible to get in touch with them.
If I don’t get a response soon, Klarna will charge my account in about a week – even though I do not want to keep all the items. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Allamode.

Do not order unless you are sure that you will keep the item. I have asked to return a shirt/top that is too small. I am requested to return the item to China at my cost, the freight cost is higher than the low quality item itself. My advice, do not use this company.

The dress I ordered did not look at all as the pictures. Alison small in size. Impossible to return. First no response. Then two identical responses that did not answer my questions.
In the end I got half prize off since they would not let me return it.
I will never wear the dress and they got paid.
