I ordered a black dress looking amazing on the pic. When it finally arrived 3-4 weeks too late, it looked like a scream movie dress!!! Looked like a child made it and sooo ugly!!!
I was sooo angry and I had to pay for the return myself for 65 euros to CHINA!!!!!

Scam company pretening to be scandinavian but sends products directly from China. Expect low quality, wrong sizing, long delivery time and if you want to return the products, a huge fee.
I would not even rate this company, as this is below expectations. It is a borderline fraudulent company with very cheap materials and extremely long delivery time.

I ordered a beige blazer from Varmnord on May 31. After weeks of chasing them via emails, they first claimed it was “sold out” (even though it was still advertised), then kept delaying with excuses like “no tracking system” and promising it would be sent anyway.
A month later I finally received a completely different item — a cheap, low-quality yellow piece with a wrong pattern. They refused to accept responsibility and demanded I pay 900 SEK to ship it back to China. This is misleading, unacceptable customer service. They have so many weird contact numbers, a website with Denmark domain, a telephone number from London which they don't answer at all, then a factory in China!!!!
I placed an order for 4 items and within two hours I wrote an email to cancel my order.
They responded 2 days later, ” we can’t- the order is already sent, but keep it for 18% off or pay the return postage.
Now 18 days later two of the four items have arrived. Both poor quality and unlike the pictures. They have had ample time to cancel my order.
I have contacted them numerous times to give me return postage. Their response, ”if we paid postage for every return, we would be out of business!”
What does that say about customer satisfaction? No same day cancelation, no satisfaction garanteed, no customer care, you pay for your disatisfaction and are left without the product you saw in the picture.
I have never received my order and never got response when contacting customer service.
