Who says applying for loan can't be fun.
The team, expecially Joanne, did a fabulous job guiding me through the application process with appropriate information and advice. I felt I was being given the appropriate advice for my circumstances leading to the chosen lender, who I also found to be communicative, which is very important and shows the broker know where to direct the applicant's request for a loan.

Rates are always a factor and I also felt I was being directed to the appropriate lender.

To an extent there was ambiguity in the various forms that needed to be completed but I think (we) had fun going through them and agreed some improvements could be made.

Customer service throughout the process was 1st class. Every person who dealt with my application was professional, and knew what they were talking about. Would certainly recommend.

Joanne kept us updated all the way through would recommend.

Great service from start to finish

4 other lending brokers told me I would not be able to get a mortgage with additional funds because I haven’t filled my tax return for the year to come yet but LOAN not only managed to find me an offer but it was with almost 1% less than the avarage! Thanks guys!
