I purchased an umbrella
I purchased an umbrella, and whilst I have purchased numerous items previously, I find their after sales lacking, apart from at least 10 email contacts, I am still no nearer to having this item forwarded. The courier initially said the address was illegible, and whilst I have had no previous problems with this firm I find them on this occasion very lacking.

OUTSPOT CONNING COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICES NONE EXISTING VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have used outspot for a while now however EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THEY as they are a CONNING company who's help desk is none existing I was sent a form to fill in but cannot on my tablet however I bought to sets eg boxed Wolfgang 150 drill sets but only received one not the two I ordered them on the 18th of march and received one set on the 31st of march the company doesn't care about its customers they are not very helpful at all as long as they get their money they don't care
So everyone STAY AWAY FROM OUTSPOT THEY ARE A CONNING COMPANY I keep all of my emails incase you try and say that I didn't email you
