Use with caution
The website is designed in a way to make your purchases fast, at the cost of feedback. At no point can you make sure your order is right, you address is right and so on... Thankfully I could cancel my order before it got delivered to the wrong address because it automatically assumes you want it delivered to your home address. Fast to pay, not so much to care. Browse with caution. + Many of the adverts and products are missleading / of dubious quality.

Product not delivered
I bought a product and in the day the product should be arriving I got a message that he would not be delivered at all.
I always by at Amazon, rarely some product is delayed, I do not remember of a product being canceled.

Hidden auto-renewal & illegal refund refusal / Pratiques abusives
Cdiscount charged €29 for an automatic renewal without prior legal written notice (violating Art. L215-1 of the French Consumer Code / Loi Châtel). I requested immediate cancellation and refund without using the service, but their support ("Betty") explicitly refused. Bank chargeback and official reports filed. Avoid their auto-renewal traps.

Thank you, Cdiscount. The €29 refund for the July 20, 2026 renewal has been successfully processed.
However, regarding my initial subscription period (July 19, 2025 – July 19, 2026): per your official "Rentabilisé ou Remboursé" guarantee, subscribers who saved less than €29 during their subscription year are eligible for a refund of the difference. Since I generated €0.00 in savings during that entire year, I kindly ask that the €29.00 paid on July 19, 2025 be credited to my store balance or refunded.

Hello Damien, thank you for reaching out. Please note that placing an internal notification inside the customer area does not satisfy the legal requirement under Art. L215-1 (Loi Châtel), which requires a dedicated email sent directly to my inbox prior to renewal. I did not receive any email notification at my email address.
Additionally, according to Cdiscount's "Rentabilisé ou Remboursé" guarantee, subscribers who save less than €29 during the year are eligible for a refund. Since I have €0 in savings and placed zero orders across both subscription years, I kindly ask for a full refund of €58.00 (€29 for 2026 and €29 for the previous year).
Thank you for your help in resolving this.

I am giving Cdiscount 5 stars only so that you will read my review. They are simply the worst company ever. They allow sellers to sell fake products on their site and then disclaim all responsibility. In my case a mobile phone. Motorola Razr 60. I recieved a second hand fake that was rooted and so insecure. Banks will not accept their use for mobile banking. Cdiscount are advising I take a refund but I demand that they send my order. Please do not use this company
