Two hours ago I sent a mail to Octopus, as I wanted to change from Iberdrola to them for our house in Spain. As I am in Switzerland with a Swiss phone number, I wasn't able to do it over their website directly.
Enrique (excellent service from him) called me just now and did all for me over the phone. Really great service and absolutely unbelievable speed! Thank you very much! Best regards Marc

Giovanni was one of the sales advisors that I spoke to and he did an absolutely amazing job of guiding me through the process of switching to Octopus and making an adjustment to a different power level.

The installation team were superb. Language was a small problem.l do not speak Spanish, they did not speak English. We used phone apps to communicate.

Easy, smooth and very transparent change from my current energy provider to Octopus Energy. No/Minimum bureaucracy. Fast, polite and supportive customer service. In Octopus Energy customer comes first. I recommend them 100%.
